About this service

We change a live account once a week, on a fixed day, and a new campaign gets fourteen days and a floor of roughly fifty conversions before anyone is entitled to an opinion about it. Most accounts we take over are being edited three or four times a week, which is precisely why nothing in them has ever produced a readable result. What a month actually contains: A weekly change window, with every edit written into a shared change record alongside its reason and its expected effect. A monthly reconciliation in which platform-reported conversions and CRM opportunity records are placed side by side and the gap between them is explained rather than averaged away. Creative rotation driven by frequency in the target account set rather than by the calendar. One call a month with whoever owns the number, not with a coordinator relaying it. What triggers a change: Frequency in the core account audience passing roughly four impressions per member per month. A campaign that has spent past its evaluation threshold without moving its primary conversion. Pacing drift beyond about fifteen percent against plan at the midpoint. A landing page or form breaking, which we check weekly because it happens far more often than anyone admits in a case study. Nothing else. In a settled month we may change six things and half of them will be creative. What we report: Spend, delivery, cost per opportunity created, and pipeline influenced by campaign, reconciled to your CRM. Not MQLs. We will produce the MQL number if your board demands it, with a written note explaining why we do not manage toward it. Reporting is pulled through the platform APIs into whatever warehouse or reporting layer you already run. We do not sell a proprietary dashboard and we have no interest in being the only people who can see your data. Creative: We commission it, direct it, test it against a live control and retire it on evidence. We do not run a studio, so production sits with your team, your agency, or a partner we introduce at their rate with nothing added on top. If your pipeline cannot supply new assets monthly, say so before we start. The program will be built around fewer, longer-lived executions instead, which is a legitimate choice and changes what we recommend rather than whether we take the work. What we will not do: Daily bid adjustments, which mostly restart learning and generate invoices. Reporting that quietly changes attribution settings between months so the trend line improves. Managing an account where we cannot see the CRM. Spending into a quarter end because the budget exists. If the account is not working we will tell you to pause it, and we have. Escalation and exit: One named person runs your account and answers you directly. If they leave, you are told before the handover rather than after. Thirty days' notice either way. On exit you keep everything: the account structure, the audiences, the creative, the change log, the reporting queries. The account was always yours and nothing in it is built to be portable only to us. Who this is not for: Budgets under roughly forty thousand dollars a month in working media across both platforms. Below that the fee is a poor proportion of the spend and you are better served by an in-house owner with a quarterly review from us. Companies who read daily activity as evidence of effort. And accounts where the incumbent agency is still in place and has not been told.
