Monthly management of LinkedIn, Meta, X and LINE for one book of accounts, reported at account level rather than cost per lead.

About this service

Ongoing management here means one media plan across LinkedIn, Meta, X and LINE, owned by one person, with four retainers running at a time. Media under management usually sits between eight and sixty million yen a month. Below roughly three million yen a month there is not enough weekly signal in the Japanese auction for anyone to manage anything, and I will tell you to run it in house. What the month looks like: Week one is spend and pacing read against the account list rather than against the channel. Week two is creative: two or three new concepts into rotation, written in Japanese first when Japan is the market, and the losers pulled without ceremony. Week three is audience and exclusion work, suppressing closed-won accounts, competitors, recruiters and the internal domains that inflate every B2B audience here. Week four is the read: what moved in pipeline, what moved only inside the platform, and where those two disagree. Why the reporting looks different: Japanese enterprise buying runs through a written internal approval round, and the person who clicked your ad is gathering material for a committee they do not chair. Platform conversions therefore lead pipeline by one to two quarters, and that lag is a property of the market, not a measurement error to be engineered away. I report at account level: which target accounts have people in the campaign, how many, and whether the seniority of those people changed month over month. Cost per lead appears in the report because you will ask for it, not because I manage against it. Channel allocation: LinkedIn carries the targeting precision and very little of the reach in Japan. It reports around four million members here against a labour force near sixty-nine million, which serves foreign-affiliate firms and IT well and does nothing for a domestic mid-size manufacturer. Meta still carries real-name professional reach in Japan. X carries discovery. LINE carries almost everything after the first reply. For banking and insurance the split is decided by what your compliance office can actually clear inside the review window, not by what won a test. Compliance work is included: For financial advertisers I work to your internal advertising review process and keep a version log of every approved asset, its expiry date and the reviewer who cleared it. For furniture and pet brands I write to the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, and since the Consumer Affairs Agency's October 2023 rule the paid disclosure goes on any creator or affiliate placement in the plan. I will not run a claim your legal team has not seen because a test window is closing. What is not included: Organic social, community management and influencer contracting. Landing pages and form builds beyond the platforms' own forms. Creative production beyond static, carousel and document formats; video goes to a production partner and I write the brief. Search and display. Reporting rebuilt inside your BI stack, since I deliver a Looker Studio view and a written monthly note. Who this is not for: Companies that need a fixed cost-per-lead figure written into the contract. Teams who want weekly creative volume as the deliverable. Anyone who cannot give me read access to the CRM, because without seeing what happened to the lead I am optimising toward a form fill, which any tool can do. And organisations wanting one invoice covering every channel, which is an agency, and there are good ones. The first month is diagnostic. I usually halve the number of live campaigns before adding anything, and real new work starts in month two.
