We run Google and Microsoft Ads on a fixed monthly fee, bidding to CRM outcomes imported weekly, with a written decision log that scores our own forecasts.

About this service

Our fee is a fixed monthly amount and does not move with your media spend. An agency on a percentage is paid more for spending more, so every conversation about cutting a budget is one they are financially on one side of, in a way the client cannot see from the outside. We would rather recommend spending less and be paid the same. Two prospects walked over this in the last eighteen months; both wanted twelve percent of spend, and our number was lower at their budget and higher at half of it. We took the trade. What we take responsibility for: The conversion definition, first and permanently. Within the first three weeks we replace platform-side lead events as the bidding target with an import from your CRM: the stage that means something to your finance team, pushed back through the Google Ads API against the original GCLID, with conversion adjustments when a deal changes value or refunds. Target return on imported value rather than target cost per form fill. Value rules only where geography or device changes real margin, never where it merely changes conversion rate. Then the account itself: structure, keywords and negatives, bids and budgets, ad copy and asset text, audience signals, geographic and scheduling settings. We hold edit access. If your in-house team also edits the account, we will ask which of us owns it, because we will not share the wheel and pretend the results are attributable. The first sixty days: Weeks one and two are measurement only. We do not restructure while the old numbers are still the only numbers, however obvious the fix looks. Week three the import goes live alongside the existing conversion set so you can watch both. Weeks four to six we rebuild whatever the imported data says was mispriced, which is usually the non-brand campaigns that looked expensive on form fills and are not. Week seven we run the first brand holdout. What our three fields actually need: Energy retail and installation in Spain: the signup is not the outcome. Contracts churn inside ninety days and comparison-site traffic churns faster, so we import the ninety-day retained contract and let the bidding find the customer who stays. Travel: the gap between search date and stay date puts this month's spend into a later quarter's revenue, so we read cohorts rather than calendar-month return, and we say that before the first monthly report disappoints somebody. Developer tools: a first payment is a weak signal on a seat-expansion model, so we import month-two activity and accept the slower feedback loop that comes with it. Reporting: One written decision log a month. Every change, the reason for it, what we expected it to do, and whether last month's expectation happened. Scoring our own forecasts is the part clients keep. A thirty-minute call if you want one; several clients do not. Not included: Landing pages, site changes and conversion rate work. Creative production beyond ad copy and asset text. Shopping feed engineering unless we agree it into scope. Paid social, SEO, affiliate, email. Attribution modelling across channels we do not run. There is no out-of-hours cover. An account that needs somebody awake at three in the morning needs an in-house team, not an agency in Valencia. Who this is not for: Advertisers who require percentage-of-spend billing. Accounts where brand search must run permanently and untested. Businesses that will not share CRM outcomes, because we refuse to bid on form fills and then be judged on revenue. And anyone who wants to approve every keyword and bid, which is a job we would then be doing twice, badly.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1What is your current monthly media spend, and how does it split between brand and non-brand?
  2. 2Which system holds the outcome we should bid toward, and can it export weekly against GCLID?
  3. 3Who else has edit access to the account today, and will they keep it?
  4. 4Which markets and languages, and do you already have native writers for them?
  5. 5Is any part of the current account politically off limits?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
