Bylined articles placed under a credentialed author, in health, medtech and food titles that run editorial review before they publish.

About this service

A guest placement is worth having only when the publication was free to say no. Across the health, medtech and food titles I place into, roughly a third have sent a draft back at least once over a citation that did not hold, and two have refused a client outright. That rejection rate is the whole asset. A site that publishes anything within 48 hours of payment has no editorial standard for your link to borrow. The author, first: Every piece runs under a named person with a credential a reader can verify. CORU registration for a dietitian or physiotherapist, PSI registration for a pharmacist, an ORCID and publication history for a clinical or R&D lead, a food safety or labelling role for FSAI-facing topics. I write from an interview with that person and they sign off before it goes anywhere. If nobody in your organisation will attach their own name and registration number to a claim, this is the wrong engagement. I do not invent authors, and I do not put a growth manager's byline over content about how a compound behaves in the body. How a publication gets on the list: A masthead with named editors, a corrections policy, and an archive showing the same three or four subject areas going back years. I read the last twenty published pieces before I approach anyone. Sites carrying finance, casino and skincare posts in the same week are out whatever the domain metrics say, and so are sites that will not tell me plainly whether the placement carries a label. Where a title requires one, that is fine, and you hear about it before you commit rather than after. The draft: Sourced to primary material. Cochrane reviews, EFSA scientific opinions, HPRA and EMA summaries of product characteristics, FSAI guidance notes, the EU Register of nutrition and health claims. Anything that cannot survive that check comes out at draft stage, by me, before an editor sees it. That step is the one most placements skip and the one that decides whether the piece is still live in two years. The link: One contextual link per piece, in the body, pointing at a page that earns the citation: a study summary, a method page, a calculator. If the only page you want linked is a commercial category page, say so at the start. Some editors will take it, most will not, and I would rather lose the brief than argue for it in your name. Not included: No press office function. No ghostwriting for your own blog. No follow-link guarantee. No volume commitment. No placement on any site that sells by domain rating. I do not resell inventory from a vendor network; if a title is on my list it is because there is a person there who takes my calls. Who this is not for: Supplement and nutraceutical brands whose positioning depends on claim wording that failed at EU level. Teams who need a set number of links inside a quarter to hit an internal target. Anyone whose regulatory function has not seen the messaging yet, because they will stop it at the last step and the fee is already spent. What you receive: Interview notes and the sourced draft, the editor's name and title, the live URL, the date the referring domain appears in Search Console, and referral sessions at 30 and 90 days. Where a piece is declined you get the reason in the editor's own words, which is more useful than the placement would have been.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Who is the named author, and what registration or credential can a reader verify?
  2. 2Which page should the citation point to, and what does a reader get there?
  3. 3What claim language has your regulatory or legal function already approved in writing?
  4. 4Which publications have you already worked with, pitched, or been rejected by?
  5. 5What is the internal deadline, and what happens if it slips by a month?
