1. What LinkBourse is

LinkBourse is a marketplace connecting buyers of link placements with website publishers. LinkBourse is not a party to the agreement between them and does not create, edit or publish content.

LinkBourse holds order funds in escrow and settles disputes as a neutral administrator.

2. Accounts

One account per person or company. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

You are responsible for everything done from your account. Keep your password private.

We may suspend an account for fraud, chargebacks, repeated disputes lost, or attempts to move payment off-platform.

3. Funds and escrow

Balances are denominated in USD. They can be topped up by bank transfer or in USDT at 1:1, and are paid out in USDT. LinkBourse does not speculate on or hedge crypto price movements.

Placing an order moves the full amount into escrow. It is released to the publisher on buyer approval, on auto-approval 5 days after delivery, or by admin decision in a dispute.

A cancelled order returns the full amount to the buyer balance.

Withdrawals start at $50 with a $2 network fee, and are sent to the address you supply. An address entered incorrectly, or on the wrong network, cannot be recovered by anyone.

4. Publisher obligations

Publishers must own or control every domain they list and prove it via DNS, meta tag or file verification.

Metrics entered on a listing must be accurate at the time of entry. Materially overstated metrics are grounds for a full refund to the buyer.

A placement sold as permanent must stay live. Removing a paid link is grounds for a refund even after the order completes.

Publishers set their own editorial rules and may decline any order within 48 hours without penalty.

5. Buyer obligations

Buyers must supply a lawful target URL and anchor text and must not order placements for content that is illegal in the publisher jurisdiction.

Approving an order releases funds irreversibly. Check the live link before approving.

6. Disputes

Either party may present evidence in the order room. All messages in the order room are treated as evidence.

LinkBourse decides disputes on the record before it and may refund the buyer in full, release to the publisher in full, or split the amount.

A dispute decision is final on the platform.

7. Prohibited use

No malware, phishing, or content sexualising minors. No placements that violate applicable law.

No attempts to move an agreed transaction off-platform to avoid the commission.

No artificially inflating ratings through self-dealing between accounts you control.

8. Liability

LinkBourse provides the marketplace as-is. It does not guarantee search ranking outcomes, indexation, or that a placement will produce traffic.

LinkBourse liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount held in escrow for that order.

9. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes are announced on the platform. Continuing to use LinkBourse after a change means you accept it.
