Privacy policy

What we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, optional company, country, bio and avatar URL.

Marketplace data: your listings, orders, messages, reviews and disputes.

Financial data: deposit addresses derived for your account, on-chain transactions to those addresses, your balance ledger, and withdrawal addresses you enter.

Technical data: standard server logs. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the marketplace.

What we do not collect

No government ID and no card details. Balances are topped up by bank transfer or by USDT on TRON or BSC; a wire arrives with the sender's own bank details attached, and we keep the reference quoted on it.

We never ask for private keys or wallet seed phrases. Nobody legitimate will.

How data is used

To run orders, escrow, payouts, disputes and notifications.

To show public listing information: your display name, rating, reviews and the domains you list.

To detect fraud and abuse of the escrow system.

What other users see

Buyers see a publisher display name, country, rating, reviews and listing details.

Publishers see a buyer display name and the brief for their order.

Email addresses are never shown to the other party.

Blockchain data

Deposit and withdrawal transactions are recorded on public blockchains and are outside our control. Anyone can inspect them.

A deposit address is derived deterministically for your account and does not change.

Retention and deletion

Order, ledger and dispute records are retained for accounting and dispute integrity even after an account is closed.

Ask support to close an account; profile fields are cleared and listings are removed from the catalog.
