Rewriting existing Japanese and English pages so the claim and the brand name survive together in the same extracted passage.

About this service

Japanese drops the subject. When an assistant lifts a passage out of your page, a sentence like 業界最高水準の回収率です arrives with nothing attached to it, and the model is holding a claim with no owner. In a sample of 340 passages pulled from client pages, 61 percent of the strongest claims had lost the brand name by the time they left the paragraph they lived in. That is the most common reason a well-written Japanese page gets read and not cited, and it is a rewriting problem, not a schema problem. What we change on the page: The answer moves into the first two sentences under each 見出し. Japanese business writing opens with 前置き and reaches the point in the fourth paragraph. That is fine for a reader who has already decided to read, and fatal for a system that takes one passage and leaves. One claim per passage, with the entity named inside the passage rather than three paragraphs above it. Figures, units and dates written where the claim is, not carried down from an earlier section. Comparison content rebuilt as a table, because a table survives extraction as a unit while a prose comparison arrives as half of itself. In regulated categories we work alongside the constraint rather than around it. A skincare page that must stay inside 薬機法 can still open with a plain, specific, permitted sentence. Most of the ones we are handed open with a hedge written by someone protecting the company from a claim the page was never going to make, and the page pays for that hedge in every answer engine it touches. How we know it worked: Every rewritten page goes through a chunker before delivery, and we check that the claim and the entity survive in the same chunk, and that the passage still reads as a complete statement when it is the only thing quoted. If it fails, it goes back. That check is in the deliverable, page by page, so you can see which pages passed first time and which took three attempts. What you get: Rewritten bodies in your CMS format, Markdown or HTML, ready to paste. A written house style for passage-level structure in Japanese and English that your own writers can apply without us, with worked before-and-after examples taken from your pages rather than invented ones. Notes to your editor on the specific habits that produced the problem, because the pages drift back within two quarters if nobody understands why they changed. What we will not do: Bolt an FAQ block onto every page. Add question-and-answer sections to a page whose job is to convert, where they push the conversion element down the screen and buy you a citation you did not need. Produce new pages at volume; this engagement works on pages that already exist and already have a reason to be retrieved. Rewrite a page we think should be deleted, and we will say which ones those are. Who this is not for: Brands whose Japanese pages are translated from English. Restructuring a translation gives you a well-structured translation, and it still will not be retrieved. Teams with no editor who can decline a stakeholder's paragraph, because every one of these rewrites removes somebody's favourite sentence and the work reverts without that person. Companies who want this priced per page; we work on a decision cluster at a time and the page count falls out of that. The retained version: For teams publishing continuously, we sit inside the editorial calendar and review drafts before publication instead of repairing pages afterwards. It includes a monthly session with your writers in Japanese, and it usually ends after three or four quarters because the team no longer needs us, which is the intended outcome.
