Whole-page rebuild for pages that hold the answer but never state it in one liftable place: order, headings, tables, schema, crawler access.

About this service

Most pages sent to us already contain the answer. It is spread across four paragraphs, an aside and a table caption, and a human reader can assemble it. A retriever does not assemble. It takes a passage of roughly 600 to 1,200 characters, judges that passage alone, and moves on. This service rebuilds a page so at least one passage answers the question by itself, near the top, in the words a buyer would actually type. What we change: Order first. The answer sentence moves above the context that used to justify it. Headings become the questions people ask rather than category labels, because heading text is what most retrieval pipelines carry into the chunk as its title. Comparisons written as prose become tables with a header row and fewer than eight columns. A definition gets one sentence that opens with the term and depends on nothing before it. Procedures become numbered steps with the tool and version named inside the step, not in the introduction two screens up. Then the machine-readable layer. FAQPage or HowTo only where the content genuinely is a set of questions or a procedure, Article with a dateModified that matches a real edit, Organization sameAs pointing at profiles that exist. We validate in the Rich Results Test and the Schema Markup Validator, and we will tell you when markup will change nothing, which is often. Schema helps a parser agree with what a page says. It does not make a weak page quotable. Then access. We confirm the site actually serves the agents you care about: GPTBot and OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot and Claude-User, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, plus whatever your Cloudflare bot rules block without anyone remembering they were switched on. A rewritten page behind a 403 is wasted money. Where this service ends and the other one starts: This one is for pages where no single place holds the answer, because it is buried, split, or only implied. If your page already ranks in the top ten and states the answer plainly but engines keep quoting somebody else, the repair is at sentence level and belongs to our passage-level citability rewriting service. We decide which one you need after reading three of your pages, and we have refused restructuring work when the structure was already fine. How the engagement runs: Week one, we pull ninety days from the Search Console Search Analytics API for every URL in scope, then run a fixed prompt set against each page: twelve phrasings, three runs each, on ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini, every result dated and every cited URL recorded. That log is the baseline and the file is yours. Weeks two and three, the rebuild, delivered in your CMS or as clean HTML. Week four, the same phrasings re-run and dated, so the comparison is honest about how much of the difference is variance. Who does the work: Devika Iyer leads the rebuild. She spent six years in API documentation before this and decides what a passage has to carry to stand alone. Arun Mehta handles markup, crawler access and the retrieval testing. Both read every page. Nothing goes to a bench. Not included: Original research, interviews, images, translation, link building, and site-wide template work. We rebuild the pages on the agreed list. If your template puts a consent wall or a 900-word navigation block above the content, we will say so and stop, because that is an engineering ticket and pretending otherwise wastes the budget. Who this is not for: Anyone who needs citations to appear next week. Anyone with fewer than roughly twenty pages carrying a claim worth quoting. Anyone whose pages assert things the company cannot evidence, since we are not going to make an unsupported claim easier to lift. On outcomes: Citation is not controllable. Engines re-rank on their own schedule, answers differ by account, region and rerun, and a page quoted through March can go quiet in April with nothing changed on your side. What is controllable is whether a passage survives being pulled out of the page. That is what we work on, we measure it the same way twice, and you see both readings, including the runs that went nowhere.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which URLs are in scope, and what question should each one own?
  2. 2Can you grant read-only Search Console access for the property?
  3. 3How should we deliver the rebuild: CMS access, a pull request, or HTML files?
  4. 4Who signs off on a factual claim, and how fast can they turn it around?
  5. 5Which claims are legally reviewed or off-limits on these pages?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
