I run the creator function inside your team for the campaign, and close it with a reconciliation memo against the numbers the deals were priced on.

About this service

Six to nine creators, two markets, eight weeks from signed brief to reconciliation, and one number at the end stating what the campaign delivered against what it was priced on. I run this as your creator lead, sitting in your team's calendar and your approval chain, not as an agency reporting monthly from outside. The operating rhythm: One standing weekly with your marketing lead and, for regulated products, your compliance reviewer in the room rather than on email. Creator contact runs through me, in Arabic where that is the creator's working language. Content lands on an agreed date before the post date, not the night before, and the gap is the reshoot window. Every campaign I run has one; the campaigns that do not are the ones that publish something the compliance team sees for the first time in public. How delivery is measured: Each creator gets a distinct promo code and a distinct UTM on a dedicated landing path. Snapchat gets its own subdomain, because attribution from swipe-ups collapses into direct traffic otherwise and you spend the debrief arguing about it. Reported view figures come from the creator's own Insights export, not the public counter. On Reels these diverge, and I report the lower one. A campaign that looks worse in my report than in your social team's screenshot is working correctly. Reconciliation and make-goods: At close, every creator is measured against the median that priced their deal. Shortfalls trigger the make-good agreed at signature, which is an additional story set inside 14 days, not a discount negotiated after the invoice. The memo names which creators over-delivered, which did not, and which should not be rebooked, with the reasoning written down while it is still fresh. The regulated loop: For banks, insurers and virtual asset firms, approvals are the schedule. Before the first creator is briefed I agree named reviewers and a 48-hour turnaround with your compliance function, in writing. For virtual asset clients, marketing material is retained as the regulator expects and the retention lands on your side, dated and indexed, at campaign close rather than as an archive request six months later. What I do not do: I do not buy media. I specify the amplification, obtain the permissions, and your media team or agency runs it. I do not write the creator's script. I do not run open-ended ambassador programmes without a quarterly reset, because they quietly become a retainer paying for goodwill. I do not start a Ramadan campaign with under six weeks of lead time; the creator supply is gone by then and what remains is priced accordingly. Who this is not for: Brands whose landing page does not render Arabic properly, or whose checkout drops on mobile Safari. Creator traffic in this region is almost entirely mobile and it will expose that before it sells anything, and I would rather you fix it than pay me to prove it. Teams who want a weekly deck of pretty content. The weekly is one page and half of it is problems. What you receive: A content calendar with post windows by platform and market, a per-creator tracking sheet updated twice weekly, a one-page weekly, the compliance approval trail, and a reconciliation memo at close covering delivered views, code redemptions, cost per delivered view against benchmark, and a rebook or decline recommendation per creator with reasons.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1What is the campaign meant to move, and how is that measured today?
  2. 2Who approves creative on your side, and what is their committed turnaround?
  3. 3Are creators already selected and contracted, or does this engagement include that?
  4. 4What are the fixed dates?
  5. 5Which internal person will own this after the campaign?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
