A Roblox build in Luau plus twelve weeks of live operations, held to a D7 return above 15% and a median session over six minutes.

About this service

Visits are purchasable and return visits are not. We hold a build to two numbers before agreeing that it works: a day-seven return rate above 15 percent and a median session above six minutes, read from Roblox's own analytics and mirrored into your warehouse. An experience that does two million visits in a fortnight on sponsored traffic and brings back three percent of them has bought a chart for a deck. We will say that in the readout, which is the main reason to hire us rather than a studio quoting on visits. How the build runs: The loop comes before the brand. In week two you get a grey-box prototype in Roblox Studio — Luau, no textures, no logo, nothing to approve aesthetically — and we put it in front of real players. If the loop does not hold attention without brand art, it will not hold it with brand art, and the honest moment to discover that is while it is still cheap to change. Brands who art-direct first ship a handsome lobby nobody stays in past ninety seconds. Once the loop clears, the build proper: progression persisted in DataStore, session state in MemoryStore, and an event stream we define with you and pipe into BigQuery, so the funnel from portal click to first meaningful action is yours to query rather than ours to report. The Content Maturity label is set before the build rather than after, because it constrains chat, social features and monetisation, and retrofitting it costs a fortnight. Live operations: An experience with no update cadence is dead inside three weeks. Twelve weeks of weekly drops after launch is part of the scope at the top tier, and some live-operations plan is a condition of any engagement we take. A drop is a new objective, a limited item, a map change — something that gives a returning player a reason that did not exist last Saturday. Moderation and policy: Platform text filtering only, through TextChatService. We do not build custom chat, image upload or any user-generated content path into a brand experience, because the moderation liability is yours and the platform's own tools are the only ones you can defend. Where portals and immersive ad surfaces are used, they are specified against the platform's ad policy before build rather than appealed after rejection. Not included: We do not buy Sponsored Experience traffic under this scope. Media is separate, bought in your name, and better spent after the loop clears than before. We do not build catalogue items or avatar assets. We do not do UEFN or Fortnite work: different engine, different economy, another studio's job. Who this is not for: Brands who want a launch and no live operations. We will decline the build rather than take the fee and watch it die, and that is not a negotiating position. Campaigns with a fixed launch date tied to an external moment: the loop test decides the date, and a date that cannot move produces a build that ships before it works. Alcohol, gambling and prescription health brands: the platform's audience makes those wrong regardless of what the maturity label permits, and we do not take them. We work in English and Mandarin and build for Southeast Asian player behaviour where that is the target — shorter sessions, mobile-dominant input, and a device profile that punishes part counts which look fine on a desktop test.
