One mechanic worth repeating, built in Studio with your own event telemetry, and twelve weeks of live-ops included rather than sold separately.

About this service

If your buyer is a procurement director at a machine-tool firm, Roblox reaches that buyer's future apprentice, not the buyer. Early-career recruitment and long-horizon category familiarity are the two objectives I will take a Roblox budget for in industrial and B2B, and I have turned down briefs whose stated goal was pipeline this year. The build is scoped around one mechanic a player has a reason to repeat, and I will not release paid traffic against it until D1 return clears 25 percent on organic discovery alone. What gets built: One experience, one mechanic, one reason to come back. For a manufacturer that has been a plant floor where players run a real process badly, learn it, and get faster, and where the leaderboard becomes the thing a recruiter opens with at a careers fair. Built in Roblox Studio in Luau, with persistence through DataStore so progress survives a session, and a difficulty curve tested with paid playtesters before anything brand-shaped goes on top. Brand elements are layered in after the loop is fun, never before, because that order cannot be reversed once the build is underway. Your numbers, not the dashboard's: Custom events go out through HttpService to a collector you own, so session length, funnel completion and cohort retention sit in your warehouse next to everything else you measure. The creator dashboard becomes a cross-check rather than the source. I define the events before build starts, because adding instrumentation to a shipped experience means shipping again. Age settings and what they cost: Roblox's age labelling and its rules on advertising to younger players decide what the experience may contain and who may be sent to it with paid immersive ads. Choosing a 13+ setting is a distribution decision as much as a content one. It is made in week one with the trade-off written down, not discovered at submission when the launch date is already booked. After launch: Twelve weeks of live-ops is part of a build engagement here, not an upsell. Retention on a static branded experience decays in a shape you can draw before you launch. Updates are scheduled fortnightly against the retention read, and the first two are already designed at handover so nothing stalls while a purchase order clears. What I will not build: An obby with a logo on it. A lobby that exists to hold a video screen. A one-week activation with no update budget behind it, which is the request that arrives most often and the one I decline most often. I also will not make branded UGC wearables the centrepiece of a campaign. They work when an experience already has players and do close to nothing on their own. Not included: Roblox ad spend, which is bought on your account and stays there. Voice acting, licensed music, and any asset needing rights clearance. Human moderation of user chat beyond the platform's own systems: if your legal team requires a moderation SLA, budget for a partner and I will help write the specification. Not for you if: Your success measure is visits. Visits are purchasable and mean nothing on their own. Also not for you if approvals run through a committee that meets monthly. A build that ships in ten weeks needs decisions inside a week, and I would rather say that now than find it out in week six with a launch date already announced internally. Poland and worldwide, in English or Polish. Where an experience is aimed at recruitment in one country, the copy and voice direction are written in that language rather than translated afterwards.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1What is the recruitment or familiarity outcome this build should serve, stated as one sentence?
  2. 2Is there a real process, product or workplace we can turn into a mechanic?
  3. 3Who owns the Roblox group and account the experience will live in?
  4. 4Where should the event telemetry land?
  5. 5Who signs off content, and how quickly can they?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
