A quarter-scoped programme on no more than eight target URLs, with a planned anchor ledger you keep and declines reported by name.

About this service

A managed programme is scoped on a quarter and on a maximum of eight target URLs. Under eight, links compound on pages that can use them. Over eight, the budget spreads thin and nothing moves far enough to read. Week one to three, before we acquire anything: We work out which of your pages can absorb links and which cannot. Some are already over-linked relative to what they say and will not move whatever we point at them. Some need content before a link is worth spending on. Some are competing against a page type Google is not ranking for that query at all. This stage reads like a refusal to start, and it is the most valuable three weeks in the engagement. If a URL you want to push cannot rank on the strength of what is on it, we say so in week three, and we do not spend a quarter proving it. The anchor ledger: Every referring domain, anchor, target URL, date and cost sits in one document, planned as a distribution before acquisition begins rather than reconciled afterwards. Exact-match stays under a share we agree in the first week — in gambling and crypto that is typically below one in ten, and lower on a domain with a bought history. The ledger is yours. If you leave, you leave with it, in a format your next agency can read, and we do not treat that as a risk to manage. Working with your side: We write to your compliance or legal contact directly, in Spanish or English, with the claims we intend to publish about you. In banking and licensed gambling this is not a formality; it decides whether a piece runs in March or in June. We need one approver rather than a committee, for roughly two hours a month. What the monthly report says: What was pitched, to whom, and what came back. Declines are reported by title with the reason given — you should know which publications will not run you and why, because that is a fact about your brand rather than a fact about our week. Then what went live, what indexed, what moved, and what we are stopping. Outside scope: We do not write your own site's content, touch your CMS, do technical SEO or manage your affiliate programme. We will tell you when one of those is the constraint, and then it is yours to fix or someone else's to solve. We also do not run outreach under your brand from mailboxes on your domain. Not for: Teams whose board has been promised a number of links per month. Teams that cannot publish or amend a landing page inside two weeks — the programme stalls on your side and we both watch it happen. Operators serving markets they are not licensed for, including grey-market traffic acquired through a licensed shell, which we check before quoting. And anyone who wants a competitor's profile reproduced: that profile is three years of somebody else's decisions, and some of them were mistakes they are still paying for. Cadence: Monthly call, written report, quarterly review where we decide together whether to continue on the same URLs. We would rather be told to stop at the end of a quarter than renewed on inertia, and we will recommend stopping ourselves when the pages we can reach have taken what they can take. What this brings that an in-house hire does not: Publishers who take our call in three markets and two languages, a licensing check run before the work rather than after a complaint, and no incentive to keep a programme alive past the point where it works.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which target URLs do you want the quarter spent on, in priority order?
  2. 2What is your operating licence number, and which markets does it cover?
  3. 3Who is the single approver for claims and drafts, and what is their turnaround?
  4. 4What link acquisition has been done on this domain in the last 24 months, and by whom?
  5. 5Can your team publish or amend a landing page inside two weeks?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
