Disclosed participation in teacher, parent and nonprofit communities, starting with a written ruling on where you may post and where you may not.

About this service

We open by ruling every community in or out, in writing, under three headings: where you may post as yourself, where you must ask a moderator first, and where you will never be welcome and should buy a labelled sponsorship instead. For a family or education product the map usually runs to twenty-five or thirty communities and about a third land in the third column. Knowing which third is most of what you are buying. Where this work happens: Neoprofs and the comment culture around Café pédagogique, Les Pros de la Petite Enfance, the parent forums on Magicmaman and aufeminin, r/Teachers, r/ECEProfessionals, r/Parenting and r/homeschool, homeschooling and special-needs Discord servers, Discourse instances run by nonprofit technologists, and the association mailing lists still running on Sympa that decide more in France than any of the above. Each has an unwritten rule that removes outsiders. In some a founder answering a question is welcome; in others the same post from the same person is an advertisement, because nobody asked for it. How we post: Under an account whose profile names the client and the relationship. We approach moderators before the first post rather than after a removal, and we accept the answer we get. Where the answer is no we ask what a labelled placement costs, and it is frequently the better deal anyway. We also prepare your own staff to answer directly: a support lead who knows the product is worth more in a teacher forum than any writer we could put in front of it, and our place is behind that person. What we refuse: No account that conceals who we work for. No staff posting as ordinary parents or teachers. No ghostwritten first-person experience, no seeded question with a prepared answer, no vote coordination. We will not try to have a negative thread removed; in these places the reply is the reputation work, and a deleted thread is remembered far longer than a bad one. We do not touch threads about grief, illness or safeguarding for marketing purposes at all, whatever the product does. Where this fails: It fails when the product cannot survive a direct question from somebody who does the job every day. Teachers and early-years staff test claims against a Tuesday afternoon, and marketing language is identified on sight. If onboarding takes forty minutes and your page says five, a forum finds that out in public, and we will not be the ones arguing with them about it. Who this is not for: Anyone who wants volume, a fixed number of posts a month across a list of communities. That model is what got your last agency banned from the forum you now want back into. Also not for products where the buyer is a child; we work in the adult communities around children - parents, teachers, carers, association staff - and not in the ones children use themselves. What you receive: The eligibility map, with a written ruling and the reasoning per community. Moderator contact made and disclosed, with a record of what each one agreed to. A participation calendar your people can run, with drafted answers to the questions that recur every term. Sponsorship terms negotiated where posting is not appropriate. Monthly reporting on referred sign-ups by path and, more usefully, on which moderator relationships are still live: the test we hold ourselves to is whether a named moderator will take a message from you in month nine.
