Daily triage of journalist queries across Featured, Qwoted and the rest, answered by your named experts within the reporter's deadline.

About this service

Connectively, which was HARO, closed in December 2024. What replaced it is scattered across Featured, Qwoted, SourceBottle, Help a B2B Writer, Source of Sources, and journalists who now simply post the request on LinkedIn or Bluesky. Across our clients roughly one response in eight gets published, which makes this work triage: reading around sixty queries a week and answering the four a named partner is genuinely qualified to answer. What happens in a week: Queries are read every working morning and again at end of day, because most close within twenty-four to seventy-two hours and the good ones close fastest. A match goes to draft within four working hours. The draft is written in the expert's voice, sent to them, and does not leave the building until they have replied. The response runs between ninety and a hundred and forty words: the claim, the reason it holds, one figure, and a line the reporter can cut to. Everything else gets cut anyway. The expert is the constraint, not the platform: This works if you have one to three people with a title, a track record and about thirty minutes a week. An employment law partner. A head of talent acquisition who has run the process rather than bought the software. A programme director who can speak to completion rates. It does not work with a marketing manager listed as a spokesperson. Swedish and UK trade desks check LinkedIn before publishing, and a title that does not support the claim is why an accepted response gets dropped at the last edit. On nofollow, said plainly: A large share of these placements carry rel=nofollow or rel=ugc. We report followed and nofollowed separately and we count both, because the nofollowed ones are what answer engines quote back and what a prospect finds when they search a partner's name against a topic. If your only measure is followed links from domains new to your profile, say so before we start. This is the wrong service and the press campaign work is the right one. What we will not do: Buy the paid pitch tiers that push a response higher in a reporter's queue. Send a quote the partner has not read. Answer a query outside the expert's field — a family law partner does not comment on AI regulation, and the one time that gets published it costs more than the link returns. Respond to queries from sites that resell placements. Pitch an unnamed spokesperson. How it is reported: Every response sent, with outlet, reporter, query text and date. Every publication, with URL, rel attribute and the passage quoted. And the response-to-publication rate by expert, which after two months tells you which of your people to put more time behind and which to stop asking. Who this is wrong for: Firms that want volume and do not mind whose name goes on it. Anyone who cannot sign off inside a working day, because the deadline is the reporter's and it does not move. Businesses with no individual expert at all — a company voice does not get sourced. Where it sits in a programme: This is the steadiest source of citations we run and the least controllable. Nobody decides which queries appear. It belongs underneath a campaign rather than instead of one, and if it is the only thing you buy from us we will say that in the first month rather than the sixth.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Who are your one to three named experts, with titles and LinkedIn profiles?
  2. 2What topics is each expert qualified to comment on, and where is the line?
  3. 3Who approves a draft response, and how fast can they?
  4. 4Are there topics under litigation, regulatory review or client confidentiality?
  5. 5Which platforms do you already have accounts on?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
