Named-spokesperson sourcing across Qwoted, Featured, SOS and direct pitches to Czech trade desks. No quote goes out that the person did not say or approve.
About this service
Connectively, the platform HARO became after Cision acquired it, shut down in December 2024. The query flow it carried now arrives split across Qwoted, Featured, Source of Sources, Help a B2B Writer and ResponseSource in the UK, plus JournoRequest posts on X and Bluesky, plus the inboxes of reporters who use no platform at all. Roughly one response in nine that we send gets used. You should know that ratio before you buy rather than discover it in month two.
The binding constraint is your spokesperson, not our pitch volume:
A reporter at Hospodářské noviny or Lloyd's List is asking for something only a person doing the work can say: what your load factor did when diesel moved, what share of bookings shifted to mobile last season, what a container actually costs Ningbo to Hamburg this month. If nobody in your company can be quoted by name and reached inside four working hours, this does not work, and more pitching does not fix it. We require a named spokesperson, an agreed list of subjects they can speak on, and standing permission to send an answer without a review round when the deadline is under six hours. Legal review on every quote means you will miss every deadline that matters.
How the substance is produced:
A recorded 30-minute call with your spokesperson every second week. We turn it into a bank of positions with numbers attached, so that when a matching query lands the answer goes out inside four working hours, before the piece is filed. Everything we send is either their recorded words trimmed for length or a draft they signed off in writing.
What ends the engagement immediately:
Being asked to invent a quote and attribute it to a real person. We do not do it and we do not argue about it. A fabricated quote in a trade title is a correction, a retraction and a spokesperson who can never be pitched to that desk again.
The Czech side is not platform work:
In Czech media these platforms are close to useless. That work is direct: the transport desks at E15 and Ekonomický deník, Logistika, the travel and property sections, the association newsletters. We pitch those desks a handful of times a year, each time with something that stands on its own, because pitching a Czech trade editor monthly is how you stop being read at all.
What is not included:
Press releases, wire distribution, media training, crisis communication, paid syndication, or anything that involves paying for coverage. We do not pitch queries outside your spokesperson's field to fill a report; a logistics COO quoted on interest-rate policy embarrasses everyone in the room. Coverage that arrives without a link is reported separately and never counted as a link, though in practice the unlinked mentions in national titles have often been worth more to our clients than the linked ones in aggregators.
Not for you if:
Your spokesperson is a persona rather than a person, approvals route through three committees, or you need a fixed number of placements in a fixed month. Journalist demand is not a tap. Some months the queries in your field are thin, and in those months we tell you that instead of spending your budget on irrelevant pitches.
What you receive:
Every response sent, with the outlet, the reporter, the query text and the date. Every placement with the live URL, the quote as published, and whether it carried a link. The position bank itself, which is yours to keep and reuse in sales material. And a monthly note on which subjects are getting queried and which of your spokesperson's positions nobody is asking about.
