About this service
Creator-filmed video for paid media, cast from people who actually hold the certification they are demonstrating: from 7,000 euro for a one-day shoot with three operators, up to around 60,000 for a multi-site programme across two countries. Nothing is posted from a creator account. You receive masters and a licence, and where the assets run is your media team's decision. Edited files land fourteen days after the last shoot day.
Casting:
The forklift driver holds a counterbalance ticket. The trucker holds the CDL or the CE. The person opening a substation panel holds the switching authorisation to do it. We do not hire actors in high-visibility vests, and we decline briefs that ask us to, because the audience for industrial and logistics advertising is the trade itself and the trade can tell inside four seconds. Wrong gloves, wrong stance at the pallet, a hand resting on a rail nobody touches. Those four seconds are the entire hook. For gaming assets the equivalent is rank and hours: we cast players who are genuinely in the bracket the creative claims, and the gameplay is theirs rather than capture bought from a footage library.
Site access, honestly:
Filming in a warehouse, depot or energy facility needs a written release from the site owner, a safety induction, PPE for the crew and usually an escort who can stop the shoot. We arrange it and build the schedule around it, which is why a shoot day inside a live distribution centre yields fewer setups than a studio day. If a creator wants to film at their employer's site without permission, we stop. This is the single most common way this work becomes a client's legal problem, and it always surfaces after the media has spent.
What you receive:
Vertical 1080 by 1920 masters as ProRes 422 HQ alongside H.264 delivery files, with 4:5 and 1:1 cutdowns where the plan needs them. Hooks are delivered as separate three-second files, so your team can test openings against a common body instead of paying an editor to rebuild each one. Captions arrive burned in and as .srt, English and Ukrainian where relevant. Audio comes as separate stems, so a voiceover can be replaced without a re-edit. Everything lands in one folder under a naming convention your ad platform's bulk uploader can read without anyone renaming files by hand.
Licence:
Twelve months of paid and organic digital use, worldwide, with the creator's name and likeness. Not included: out of home, broadcast, print, and any use past the term. Renewal pricing is agreed at the start so a performing asset never becomes a hostage negotiation. Whitelisting and Spark Ads run from the creator's own account and require their ad code, which is a separate agreement we will arrange if you ask before the shoot rather than after it.
What we do not do:
We do not post, not from the creator's account and not from yours. We do not write a script for a creator to read to camera; they get beats, the claim that must appear, and the words legal has ruled out. We do not quote a rate card per video, because the cost of filming inside a live depot has almost nothing to do with how many files come out of it. We do not shoot medical, supplement or financial-return claims.
Who this is not for:
Brands wanting thirty variants of one script for cheap testing. That work exists and it is not ours. Teams with no media budget behind the assets, because the reason to film with real operators is that the work survives frequency, and frequency needs spend behind it.
