About this service

A production round is three concepts taken to four cuts each: twelve files, every one sized to a placement that already has budget sitting behind it in your media plan. Nothing is posted. Nothing goes to a creator's own feed. The files land in your Business Manager and your TikTok Business Center as ad assets with the licence attached, and the creator's involvement ends when the last file is accepted. What a round actually is: The three concepts are three different arguments, not three edits of the same argument. One usually opens on the problem in the first frame, one on a demonstration, one on a claim your buyer will want to argue with. The four cuts inside a concept vary hook, opening frame and end card. They do not vary the b-roll. Swapping footage and calling it a variant produces a test that cannot tell you anything, and it is the most common way a creative budget gets spent on noise. Delivery: 1080 x 1920 at 9:16 as the master, recut to 4:5 and 1:1 where the plan calls for them. H.264 for upload, with the graded ProRes 422 HQ retained for six months in case a recut is needed. Captions burned into the delivered file and supplied separately as .srt, because the burned version is what performs and the .srt is what a localisation team needs. Hook text sits clear of the interface safe zones so nothing load-bearing disappears behind the caption block or the CTA bar. Where the advertiser is licensed by a gambling regulator, the 18+ mark and the safer-gambling line are burned into the video layer rather than left to the ad copy field, which truncates on a vertical placement. The brief we insist on: We do not start until we have your last ninety days of creative-level spend with the three worst performers included. Winners tell us what the account has already saturated. Losers tell us what the audience has already refused, which is the more useful half and the half most clients quietly leave out of the export. Rights: Every creator signs a paid-media licence before the shoot, not after the edit. Twelve months, worldwide, all paid placements, with the right to recut. Organic posting on the creator's own account is deliberately excluded: you are not buying their audience and we will not price as though you were. Whitelisting permissions, where the media plan needs them, are a separate piece of work with a separate contract. We do not: Post anything. Manage creator relationships past delivery. Write ad copy for placements we did not shoot for. Produce a version for a channel with no budget line on the theory that it might be useful later. Deliver a file we have not watched twice — once at full volume with sound, once at zero volume with captions only, which is how most of it will actually be seen. Wrong fit: If the product cannot be shown doing something on camera inside nine seconds, this is the wrong format and a studio shoot will serve you better. If you need the creator to appear as a named endorser, that is talent work with a different contract, a different rate and a longer legal runway. If your legal team has not settled its approved claim set, the round stalls at script stage and you pay for the wait. Settle that first, then come back.
