About this service

A publisher with a defined audience usually has 40 to 70 advertisers worth calling, not 400. This engagement produces that list, the named people inside each account, and the first meetings. It does not produce a database export. Where the list comes from: We start from what the audience is and work outward to who pays to reach it. Category mapping is checked against spend evidence rather than intuition: Pathmatics and Adbeat histories, the Meta and LinkedIn ad libraries, ads.txt and sellers.json reciprocity to see which buying seats already transact against sites like yours, and the sponsor lists of the three or four titles competing for the same reader. An advertiser who has spent nothing in the category for eighteen months does not go on the list because the logo is impressive. Who actually holds the budget: For each account we map three layers, because in this region they behave differently. The brand-side owner, usually a marketing or growth director. The agency team on the account. The trading desk, where programmatic budget has been centralised. In the UAE and Saudi Arabia, planning and buying for the larger advertisers sits with a small number of groups in Dubai Media City and Riyadh, while banks and insurers have been pulling a share of it back in-house. Approaching the wrong layer costs a quarter. Regulated categories: Banking and insurance advertisers here carry approval steps most media plans ignore. Copy for a regulated product goes through internal compliance, and a DIFC-licensed entity answers to the DFSA on top of that. Health advertisers need claims cleared before a campaign runs. We build the pipeline with that latency priced in and brief your seller on what to ask in the first call, so a deal is not lost in week nine to a document nobody requested in week one. The outreach: We write it and it goes from your domain, under your seller's name, in English or Arabic depending on the account. Sequences are short and tied to what that advertiser is currently running. There is no sending volume target. A seller working this list should be having conversations, not managing an inbox. What you get: A scored account list with the reason each name is on it and the evidence behind that reason. A contact map per account across the three layers. The outreach copy, sequences and objection handling. A working handover with the sellers who run it after we leave, and the meetings booked while we are still there. What is not included: We do not close the deals. Representation is a separate engagement and we will tell you if it is the better fit. We do not build the deck or design the packages being sold; that work has to happen first or the meetings are wasted. We do not implement your CRM, buy contact data from a broker, or run a scraped-list send, and we will not put our name to an engagement measured in emails delivered. Who this is not for: Publishers whose traffic is bought. If a third or more of sessions arrive from paid social or content recommendation arbitrage, direct advertisers find out during diligence and the prospecting was wasted money. Publishers who cannot describe the audience beyond a monthly pageview figure, where the survey and the audience evidence come first and we would rather do that piece than this one. And publishers who want the list without the meetings, since the list is the cheap half.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which advertiser categories are already buying from you, and at what rate?
  2. 2What can you prove about your audience beyond traffic?
  3. 3Who runs the outreach after we leave, and what is their sending setup?
  4. 4How much of your traffic is paid or from recommendation widgets?
  5. 5Which advertisers or agencies are off limits?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
