Named advertisers with proof they already pay for your audience, plus the budget owner and the objection they will raise.

About this service

Every account we hand over carries evidence that the company already pays to reach an audience like yours: a live creative in the Meta Ad Library, a named sponsorship in a competing publication inside the last ninety days, display spend against your category in Adbeat, or a job posting for a brand marketer that says the budget is being formed right now. About two-thirds of what we research fails that test. What you receive is the third that passed. What the research looks at: Ad libraries first, because funded intent beats inferred intent. Meta Ad Library and the Google Ads Transparency Center show who is spending and on what creative. Adbeat or Pathmatics shows where the display money goes and whether your competitors are already on the plan. Newsletter sponsorship archives show which brands buy editorial adjacency rather than open exchange. BuiltWith tells us whether the company runs its own DSP seat, which changes the conversation entirely — a brand buying through a trading desk needs a different approach from one whose growth lead approves spend in Slack. Then the person: An account is not a lead until someone with signature authority has a name. We identify the individual who owns the budget line, not the marketing generalist who forwards your email into silence, and we say which one we found. At a company under roughly two hundred people that is usually a head of growth. Above that it is a channel lead with a media agency sitting between them and you, and the sequence has to account for that. We note it per account rather than pretending one motion fits both. The deliverable: An Airtable base or a CSV, whichever your team works in, carrying the account, the named buyer, the evidence link that qualified them, the spend range and its source, the publications they already buy, and the specific angle for your audience. For the top tier we write a short brief per account: the buying moment we think they are in, the objection they will raise on the first call, and the proof point that answers it. That brief is the product. The list is the packaging. What we do not do here: We do not send the emails. This is research, and it goes to whoever owns your outreach — your seller, or ours under a separate engagement. We do not buy lists, and we do not ship contact data without verification; every address is validated before delivery and we tell you the bounce rate to expect. We do not report total addressable market counts, because a number that large is only ever used to justify a budget internally and it has never closed anything. We do not include brands whose category would damage your audience's trust, and those appear in the exclusion log with a reason rather than being silently dropped. Who this is not for: Publishers with nobody to work the list. Research handed to no one is an expensive document. If you do not have a seller, hire the seller first and come back. Also not for anyone who wants volume — if you need thousands of contacts to feed an automated sequence, a list vendor serves you better and cheaper, and we would rather tell you that now than take the engagement. Refresh: Buying signals decay. A Meta Ad Library creative live in March means little by September. On the retained engagement we re-verify existing accounts monthly, retire the ones that went quiet, add what the ad libraries surfaced since, and write a short note on what moved in your category and why it matters to your rate.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Export your existing CRM accounts and contacts so we can deduplicate before we start.
  2. 2Which advertiser categories are off limits for your audience?
  3. 3Who works the list, and through which channel?
  4. 4Which competing publications do your target advertisers already sponsor?
  5. 5Which markets should the research cover?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
