Deciding which company advertises, then getting it verified on Google, Meta and TikTok against the registry and supervisory records that hold it.

About this service

Google gives you 30 days from the verification notice before the account is paused, and the clock does not stop while a group legal team decides which company should appear on the form. That decision is the work. Verifications stall past the deadline because the advertiser named in the payment profile is not the entity that holds the registry record, the domain, or the regulatory authorisation, and no document upload fixes a disagreement between those four. The name has to be identical everywhere: Organisation verification is checked against public registry data and, for many advertisers, a Dun and Bradstreet record. A D-U-N-S entry still carrying a pre-merger name or a former registered office will fail even though every document you upload is genuine, and correcting a D&B record takes longer than the window you have. That is why we start there rather than with the form. On the Italian side the visura camerale, the certificato di attribuzione della partita IVA and the payment profile have to agree on the legal name down to the S.r.l. or S.p.A. suffix. Deciding which entity advertises: Groups get this wrong in a particular way. The holding company owns the trademark, an operating subsidiary holds the licence, an agency holds the ad account, and a fourth party owns the card. Google verifies the advertiser rather than the buyer of media; Meta verifies the business that owns the Business Manager. We settle the answer with your counsel, document the relationship where the advertiser is not the licence holder, and align the payment relationship to it in advance instead of explaining the gap afterwards. Financial services in Italy: Advertisers of financial and insurance products are checked against the supervisory registers before they run. That means the RUI section and number for insurance intermediaries supervised by IVASS, the OAM elenco for credit mediators and agenti in attivita finanziaria, the Consob albo for financial advisers, and the Banca d'Italia registers for banks and payment institutions. We confirm the register entry belongs to the advertising entity and not to a sister company, then file with the register reference visible. Where the advertiser is an appointed intermediary rather than the authorised firm, we say so at the outset, because that is a different and slower filing. Meta and TikTok: Business verification in Security Centre, domain verification by DNS TXT record so it survives a hosting migration, and the domain to Page to dataset chain settled before the first link ad rather than after the first rejection. On TikTok, Business Centre verification against the business licence with the legal name matched to the registry rather than to the trading name on the website. Not included: We do not incorporate companies, register trademarks, or advise on whether your firm needs an authorisation it does not hold. We do not manufacture an EU establishment for an advertiser that has none. We do not run the verification under our own agency identity so that yours is never examined; that shortcut fails at the first audit and takes the ad account with it. Who should not buy this: Advertisers whose entity is not registered where they claim to trade, and anyone wanting to advertise a regulated financial, credit or insurance product they are not authorised to sell. Verification exists to catch exactly that, and we are not going to help it pass. What is delivered: A one-page entity map showing which company advertises on which platform and why, the document set assembled and named the way each reviewer expects to see it, the filings themselves, and a list of every mismatch we found inside your own records. That last item is usually the part that keeps paying, because it is the same mismatch that will surface at your next audit.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which company holds the licence, which owns the trademark, which owns the domain, and which owns the payment card?
  2. 2Provide the current registry extract and VAT attribution certificate for each candidate advertising entity.
  3. 3Give your supervisory register references, if you advertise financial, credit or insurance products.
  4. 4What is the deadline on your verification notice, and which platforms have issued one?
  5. 5Who controls DNS for the domains you advertise, and can they add a TXT record this week?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
