LinkedIn outbound at twenty invitations a day per profile, suppression shared with email, replies answered by a person inside four hours.

About this service

Twenty a day, per profile: Twenty connection requests a day from one profile, not a hundred. Acceptance rate is the input that compounds here, and it falls as soon as a profile behaves at a rate no person could sustain. Every restricted account I have been handed to repair was running past fifty a day. This programme takes a lower gross number of touches and keeps the seat, which is the only version still producing meetings in month six. How it is run: HeyReach where several profiles share one campaign and one reporting view. A residential proxy pinned to each profile's own city, with the session kept alive for months rather than rebuilt weekly. Sales Navigator seats, because personalised invitation notes are metered on free accounts and the note itself is capped at 300 characters, which is a useful constraint on anyone tempted to pitch in it. Lead lists come from saved searches refreshed weekly and filtered on the same trigger logic the email programme uses, so both channels work from one definition of who this person is. The shape of a sequence: An invitation with a note saying why this person specifically, then three days of silence after acceptance. Accept-then-pitch inside sixty seconds is the pattern everybody recognises, and it prices your whole company for them. Then one message, then one more a week later, then stop. Profile views, auto-endorsements and auto-follows are not steps: endorsing a stranger's skills tells them a tool is running and nothing else. Where this touches email, and where it does not: One person receives one channel in a given week. The suppression file is shared between LinkedIn and email so nobody gets the same sequence twice in two formats. I do not enrich LinkedIn profiles into personal email addresses. A private Gmail bought from a data vendor rests on a different lawful basis than a role mailbox at a company, and in the Netherlands that distinction is the difference between an outbound programme and a complaint to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Whose profile sends: Not one whose owner has not read the messages. When a founder's or a director's name is on the account, they approve the copy line by line before anything goes out and they see every reply. I will not accept credentials for a profile whose owner has not agreed to run it, and I have turned down work over exactly that. Replies: Delivered into HubSpot or Pipedrive by webhook and answered by a person on your side inside four working hours. No AI responder writing the second message: the entire value of the low volume is that a reply arrives while the invitation is still remembered, and a generated answer wastes that in one exchange. Not included: Ghostwriting posts for the profile, LinkedIn Ads and Sponsored InMail, recruiting outreach, and buying connections. I do not run engagement pods, and I will not add a profile to one on the side to make the numbers look better in month one. Who this is not for: Anyone who wants five hundred invitations a week. There are shops that will do it and the account will be restricted before the quarter closes, usually two weeks after the invoice clears. And anyone whose buyer is not really here: for most local-services work and a good share of makelaardij, LinkedIn is the wrong room, and I would rather say so on the first call than sell a retainer that measures activity. What is reported: Accepted invitations, reply rate and positive-reply rate per profile and per segment, weekly. Meetings counted from your calendar rather than my inbox. A reply saying no is counted as a no, not as engagement.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which profiles will send, and has each owner agreed to read the copy and the replies?
  2. 2What defines the segment, and which Sales Navigator filters express it?
  3. 3Who answers replies, and within how many working hours?
  4. 4Which CRM should replies route into, and do you already run an email outbound programme against the same list?
  5. 5Have any of these profiles been restricted or warned by LinkedIn before?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
