LinkedIn Outbound Run as a Lifecycle Channel, Not a List
Email, SMS and Lifecycle · LinkedIn outbound automation
LinkedIn outbound built against your CRM and consent records, with a 35 percent acceptance floor before any sequence goes live.
About this service
The number that decides whether a LinkedIn programme is worth running is connection acceptance, and our floor is 35 percent. Below that, either the audience definition is wrong or the sending profile is wrong, and no amount of sequence copy repairs either. The first three weeks go to that number alone. We have ended engagements at the end of week three when it would not move, and we would rather do that than bill you for a year of sequences aimed at people who do not want to know you.
What we believe:
Outbound on LinkedIn is a lifecycle channel with an unusually rude first touch, not a prospecting machine bolted to the side of the funnel. That view comes from email lifecycle work: one profile per person, one consent record, one suppression list. The contact who ignored three of your emails should not receive an invitation the following morning. The reply that finally lands should stop every nurture email queued against that record within the hour. Most shops run LinkedIn inside a tool that never speaks to the ESP and report on it separately, and the contact on the other end experiences two uncoordinated strangers from the same company.
How the programme is built:
Sending runs through HeyReach or Expandi on dedicated infrastructure with a fixed residential IP per seat, never through a browser extension on an executive's laptop. Audiences are defined in Sales Navigator, enriched through Clay, then subtracted against your CRM before anything sends, so current customers, open opportunities and anyone a colleague touched in the last ninety days are gone before the first invitation. Pending invitations are withdrawn on a fourteen-day cycle. Replies land in one inbox shared with your team, and every reply, positive or not, writes back to HubSpot or Pipedrive as an activity on the person record, mapped to the same outcome taxonomy your email programme already uses.
For travel and hospitality clients this usually runs at revenue managers, group sales and DMC partnerships. For medtech it runs at procurement and clinical operations, and it does not run at practising physicians in markets where professional outreach is restricted. We check that per market before quoting, not after.
Consent and legal basis:
The EU portion of the audience gets a written legitimate interest assessment before send, with the balancing test documented and the opt-out route named. Czech and German audiences are handled separately. If part of a list arrived from a scraped database with no provenance, that part does not get sent to, and we will not quietly send it anyway.
Not included:
Website or sales collateral copy. Meeting attendance, and we do not staff SDRs to run the calls we book. Paid LinkedIn media. Engagement pods, view bots, automated comments. Recovery of an account LinkedIn has already restricted; bring a clean account or we wait for one.
Who this is not for:
Anyone selling below roughly four thousand euro annual contract value, where the arithmetic only closes at volumes that get accounts restricted. Anyone who wants the sequence written this week and live next week, because the audit and the list surgery come first and they take three weeks. Anyone asking us to send from employee accounts those employees have not agreed to lend.
What you get in writing:
An audience definition with its exclusion rules, the sequence with per-step reasoning, the legitimate interest assessment, the CRM field map, and a weekly one-page read on acceptance, reply and meeting rates with the decision we are making off each. When a number says stop, we say stop in that document.
