Influencer and Creator Marketing · YouTube integration segment

A 60 to 90 second segment inside a Japanese creator's own video, placed against the channel's retention curve and checked against it after.

About this service

An integration carries one claim and one action, and it has to sit where the audience is still watching. On the Japanese gaming and hobby channels we buy from, a twenty-minute upload loses its steepest share in the first ninety seconds and again at every hard topic break; we place the segment after the first content beat, generally between 3:00 and 6:00, and we require a screen recording of the channel's own audience retention graph across the segment window as a delivery item. If the segment sits more than about ten points below the video's own curve, we rewrite before the next flight or we stop buying that placement and say why. Choosing the channel: We watch three full uploads and read a month of comments before contacting anyone. Subscriber count decides nothing. What decides it is whether the audience treats this person as someone who tries things or someone who is paid to hold things. Channels running four integrations a week are not bought at any view count, because the audience has already priced the endorsement at zero. The brief: One page. One claim, one action, one prohibition — the thing that must not be said. For cosmetics the prohibition is written against the permitted efficacy expressions. For a game it is the publisher's streaming guideline and the embargo timestamp in JST. For industrial products it is the demonstration you are not licensed to have filmed in an unguarded workshop. The creator writes the words. We do not send a script and we will not approve one you have written. Placement mechanics: A chapter marker on the segment so it can be found and linked afterwards. Spoken disclosure at the top of the segment, plus the paid promotion setting, plus PR in the visible part of the description. A pinned comment carrying the link and the creator's own code. No end-screen-only mention, because an end screen is where a tenth of the audience still is. What comes back to you: The segment timestamp, the retention screenshot, a fourteen-day read on views and comment sentiment, and a written call on whether to buy that placement again — including the times the answer is no. Roughly a third of the placements we test once we do not test twice, and that is the part of the work you are actually paying for. What is not included: No rights to run the segment as paid media. Whitelisting and partnership ads are contracted separately, priced by medium and term, and some agencies will not grant them at all. No brand safety indemnity for the rest of the video, which belongs to the creator. No guaranteed view count, and nobody honest will sell you one on a channel whose next upload might be about something else entirely. Who this is not for: Buyers comparing channels on cost per thousand views across a list. Buyers who need the message in the first thirty seconds — that placement exists, it converts worse, and we will tell you so before taking the money. Buyers who want the same segment read on eight channels in the same week, which reads to a Japanese audience as exactly what it is.
