Snapchat buying for high-volume frontline recruitment and young-audience commerce in Turkey and the Gulf, optimised to interviews attended.

About this service

What this channel is for: Snapchat reaches the applicant who has no LinkedIn profile. For warehouse, store floor, courier and call centre roles across Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara and the Gulf, the people who take those jobs are eighteen to twenty-six and open Snap several times a day. On the frontline hiring accounts we run now, cost per interview attended sits between thirty-five and sixty euro. That is the number we optimise toward. Cost per application flatters everybody and hides a no-show rate close to seventy percent. Before we take the account: We time your apply flow on a mid-range Android handset over mobile data, not office wifi. If it needs more than about ninety seconds and three screens to complete, we do not start. No bid strategy repairs a funnel that leaks at the form, and accepting a retainer to spend into one is how agencies keep clients who are quietly losing money. The same test applies on the commerce side: guest checkout, one page, Turkish payment methods present and working. The signal: Snap Pixel with the Conversions API running server-side, events deduplicated, and the part most accounts skip entirely: the ATS stage pushed back to Snap so the auction learns from interview attended and first shift worked rather than form submitted. On commerce accounts we send second order rather than first, because a pet brand optimising to first purchase buys discount hunters at scale and files it under growth. Creative: Sound-on, vertical, and made by somebody who has done the job. The best courier ad we ran in Izmir was filmed by a courier on his own phone during a shift. We direct that, check every wage and shift claim against what your legal team is willing to defend, and retire the cut when frequency passes three inside a seven-day window. Arabic creative for the Gulf is commissioned from native writers and reviewed by them. We work in English and Turkish and will not fake a third language. On lenses: We build an AR lens when there is a mechanic that deserves one, usually a product that reads on a face or in a room. Otherwise we decline. A lens without a reason is a large invoice and a screenshot for a quarterly deck. Not included: No organic Snapchat presence, no Spotlight posting schedule, no Discover publisher packages, no employer brand film. We do not write your job descriptions, though we will tell you which line in the current one is costing you applications and what the replacement should say. Who should not buy this: Employers advertising a wage below local market rate. The campaign surfaces that within about ten days, we report it plainly, and we will not spend around it. Some clients experience that as insubordination; the rest call it a saved budget. Also not for B2B, not for considered purchases above roughly three hundred euro, and not for anyone who intends to take the platform's own dashboard as the final word on what happened. We hold a geographic holdout wherever volume allows one, and the two numbers rarely agree. How it runs: Week one is the funnel test and the signal build. Week two the first flight goes live in one city so the creative direction is settled cheaply before it scales. From week three we run at volume, and the reporting is one page: applications, interviews attended, starts, and cost against each. Everything sits in your Business Manager, your pixel, your ATS.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Send the live URL of your application flow exactly as a candidate on a phone sees it.
  2. 2Which ATS do you use, and can it export stage changes daily or fire a webhook?
  3. 3What wage or salary band is advertised, and how does it sit against local market rate?
  4. 4Which cities or markets, and how many hires per month is the target?
  5. 5For Gulf markets, do you have Arabic-speaking recruiters handling responses?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
