Google Ads and Merchant Center Suspension Recovery
Search Advertising (PPC / SEM) · Policy suspension / disapproval recovery
Reinstatement work on misrepresentation, circumvention and Merchant Center suspensions, with an honest read within two business days on whether it is winnable.
About this service
You get a read within two business days: winnable, winnable once you change the business, or not winnable. Most files that reach us are the second. The third is more common than anyone selling reinstatement services will admit, and saying so is the first useful thing we do.
The appeal is not the work:
An appeal is reviewed against the same policy that triggered the suspension, by someone looking at your site as it stands today. The letter changes nothing on its own. What changes the outcome is the difference between the site the reviewer saw and the site they see next. So the first week goes on the site and the account records, and the appeal is filed once, when that difference is real.
What usually has to change:
The legal entity in the Google Ads payment profile, the merchant of record at checkout, and the descriptor on the customer's card statement all naming the same business. A phone number someone answers and an address that is not a mail drop. Refund, shipping and returns policies stating real windows, including customs, duties and cross-border transit, matching what checkout promises. Total cost visible before payment. No auto-renewing charge disclosed only in the footer. Claims on landing pages that the page itself substantiates. For Merchant Center, price and availability in the feed matching the storefront in real time, because a misrepresentation flag on a fast-moving catalogue is frequently nothing more sinister than a stale feed.
Where we work:
Google Ads suspensions under Circumventing Systems, Misrepresentation and Unacceptable Business Practices. The strike path, where a warning becomes a three-day hold, then a seven-day hold, then account suspension. Advertiser identity and business operations verification that has stalled or failed. Merchant Center account-level suspensions and mass item disapprovals. Trademark complaints where you are a legitimate reseller or an informational site. Restricted categories requiring certification before anything else matters. Microsoft Advertising editorial reviews as well, which run on different rules and usually move faster.
What we will not do, at any price:
Open a new Google Ads account, register a new domain, use a different payment profile or stand up a new entity to get around a suspension. That is the circumvention policy. It is the enforcement Google applies to people rather than to accounts, and it converts a fixable problem into a permanent one, sometimes taking clean accounts that share your billing or your address with it. Anyone offering that is selling you your last month of advertising.
We also decline the files where the policy is right. Negative-option billing, a thirty-day dropship window hidden below the fold, health or income claims the business cannot substantiate: we will name it in the read and stop there. The remediation in those cases is a business decision, not an advertising one, and we are not the people to dress it up.
No promises, and no back channel:
We do not promise reinstatement and we charge for the work rather than the outcome. There is no queue an agency can reach that you cannot, and anyone implying otherwise is describing a relationship that does not exist. What we bring is having read the policy documentation properly, knowing which of your site's twenty problems a reviewer actually acts on, and the discipline to appeal once instead of four times in a week. Repeated appeals against an unchanged site are how a recoverable account becomes a closed one.
While you are dark:
Where the catalogue allows it we stand up or repair Microsoft Advertising in parallel. It is a separate platform under separate policy and it is not circumvention. It returns a fraction of your Google volume. It is not a solution, only a way to keep some revenue moving while the case runs.
What you keep:
The remediation list with owners and dates, the full appeal record, and after reinstatement a written account of what was flagged, so the next catalogue change or promotion does not walk back into it.
