We run your partner program as the in-house team: tiered terms, holdout tests, 90-day clawbacks, and a monthly pack that names the partners to cut.

About this service

Most affiliate programs we inherit pay full commission on 20 to 35 percent of orders that would have closed without a partner: coupon extensions firing on the checkout page, loyalty apps attaching after the item was already in the cart, cashback properties the buyer visits after deciding. Finding that share and removing it is what the first ninety days are for, and on most accounts it covers the retainer before a single new partner is recruited. How we take a program over: Week one is read-only. We export twelve months of conversion data from Everflow, Impact.com, Awin, Partnerize or whatever platform you sit on, join it to order-level records on your side — refunds, returns, chargebacks, orders cancelled before dispatch — and rebuild the partner P&L net of everything that came back. That number is rarely the one on the platform dashboard. From week three we hold the partner terms, the payout calendar and the dispute queue, and your team stops being the one arguing with a partner about a refunded order. How partners get paid: Not one blanket rate. Content and review partners producing a genuine first touch are paid on a 30-day window at the headline rate. Coupon, extension and loyalty partners are paid on a 24-hour window at a reduced rate, moved to a flat placement fee, or removed — which of the three depends on what the holdout showed, not on how hard they negotiate. Every insertion order carries a 90-day clawback on refunded and charged-back orders, and we run the clawback ourselves, including the uncomfortable calls. Testing whether a partner is incremental: We turn partners off. For coupon and extension inventory the test is a geo or user-bucket holdout run across two full purchase cycles, with deactivation staggered so seasonality does not read as effect. For content partners we use a suppression window on the placement instead, because a holdout on a review page that ranks does not switch off cleanly. A partner that cannot be tested keeps its terms and is flagged as untested in the monthly pack. We do not present an uplift figure we did not measure. What we do not do: We do not recruit to a partner count, and will not agree to one in a contract. We do not take a percentage of program revenue, because that would pay us for volume we should be cutting. We do not produce creative; we brief it, review it and reject it, and your studio makes it. We do not manage search or paid social spend sitting outside the partner channel. And we will not run a program where post-sale data cannot reach us. Who this is not for: Advertisers under roughly 400 partner-attributed orders a month. Below that, holdouts do not reach significance inside a quarter and you are paying for judgement you cannot act on. Programs whose stated objective is publisher logo count. And any advertiser who needs the incumbent agency's reporting to stay flattering — our first monthly pack usually makes the program look worse before the numbers move. What arrives each month: Four pages, English and Spanish: partner P&L net of returns and clawbacks, 90-day cohort revenue for every partner recruited in the last four quarters, the kill list with the reason and the test behind each name, and the two or three decisions we need from you with a recommendation attached to each.
