Base fee at forty to sixty per cent of modelled value, commission as the upside, and an attribution rule both sides agree to before launch.

About this service

We do not write pure-commission creator deals. The structure we use puts a base fee at roughly half the modelled total value of the deal, non-recoupable, with commission carrying the rest as upside. A creator paid only on conversion is being asked to underwrite your landing page, your pricing and your checkout, none of which they control, and the ones good enough to be worth a hybrid deal know that and decline. The base is what gets the deal signed. The commission is what makes it worth renewing. Where the base lands: Between forty and sixty per cent of modelled total, depending on how much risk actually sits with the creator. Someone producing in their own format on a channel they own carries production cost and reputational cost, and the base should cover both. Someone reading a supplied script in a supplied setup carries less, and the split moves. We model the total from that creator's own historic conversion on comparable products, not from your average order value multiplied by their follower count, a calculation that has never predicted anything. Attribution both sides will accept: Last-click settlement is why creators quietly stop pushing. The creator generates the demand, the buyer searches your brand name two days later, and paid search takes the credit. The rule we write is agreed before launch and simple enough to be checked by either party: a creator-specific code, a dedicated landing path, and a defined window in which a brand-search conversion is credited to the creator who caused it. Where your stack cannot support that, we say so and price the base higher rather than promise a measurement the systems cannot deliver. Leakage: Discount codes reach coupon aggregators within days, and browser extensions overwrite the last click at checkout. Both take money from the creator and both make your programme look more efficient than it is. Contracts carry a non-syndication clause with a stated consequence, codes are checked monthly against the aggregators that matter in your market, and settlement separates redemptions that arrived through a coupon site from ones that arrived through the creator's audience. Returns and clawback: Settlement is net of returns at day thirty, and the creator is told that at signature rather than discovering it on the first statement. In apparel and cosmetics the gap between gross and net commission is the entire margin of the deal. Payment and Turkish tax: Creators resident in Turkey may fall under Article 20/B of the Income Tax Law, introduced in 2021, which exempts qualifying social content earnings up to a threshold provided the income is collected in a dedicated bank account, with the bank withholding fifteen per cent at source. It changes what a creator's net looks like and therefore what they will accept. Invoicing, e-arsiv obligations and withholding treatment for non-resident creators are settled before the first payment run, not during it. Categories we will not structure this way: Per-application commission on consumer credit and deposit products, which sits inside banking regulation and is not something a creator programme should improvise around. Per-policy commission on insurance, which is intermediation and requires registration the creator does not have. Regulated energy switching, where commission would sit on a supply contract carrying a statutory cooling-off period. In these categories the deal is a fixed fee with a bonus on a non-transactional measure, and we will say so at the first meeting rather than after your compliance team does. Who this is not for: Brands wanting a network of creators paid on commission. That is an affiliate programme, your affiliate platform runs it, and it does not need us.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1What does a creator-driven conversion look like in your data, and can you isolate it today?
  2. 2What are your return and cancellation rates by category?
  3. 3Which regulator, if any, sits over the product being promoted?
  4. 4Are the creators tax resident in Turkey, and are they invoicing you directly?
  5. 5What have you paid creators to date, and on what basis?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
