Hooks, primary text and script beats written from your ad account's own evidence, with every claim carrying a named source document.

About this service

Before we write a hook we read your evidence. In residential energy that is not fastidiousness: décret n° 2022-539, in force since January 2023, makes it unlawful to advertise a product or service as carbon neutral in France without publishing the emissions inventory, the reduction trajectory and the offsetting behind it, and the penalty for a company reaches €100,000 and can be raised to the amount spent broadcasting the claim. Entry engagement is €7,000, and the first thing it buys is a claim inventory. We write from the account, not from the brand book: We ask for read access to Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager and pull ninety days at ad level before writing a line. What we are looking for is not the winning ad, it is the winning argument underneath it — the reason people are actually responding, which is rarely the reason stated in the brief. Most briefs arrive asserting the brand's preferred angle. Roughly as often the account says something else, and that disagreement is the most useful thing we hand back. Without account access this work cannot be done, and we say no rather than guess. Every claim carries a source line: A coefficient of performance figure carries the EN 14511 conditions it was measured under. A savings figure carries the ADEME reference or your own metered study, with the assumptions visible rather than buried. 'Livré en 48 heures' carries the carrier SLA and the postcodes where it is true. 'Fabriqué en France' carries the origin analysis, because the definition is narrower than marketing teams assume and the DGCCRF has pursued companies over it. Where a claim has no document, we write the version that does and tell you what you would have to buy to say the other thing. French written, not translated: A translated hook loses its first three words, and those are the ones that buy the scroll stop. We write French and English separately from the same argument, and they are permitted to be different sentences. French headline copy carries more front-loaded specificity and fewer imperatives than English; a literal translation lands as an instruction from a stranger, which is the wrong register for a purchase that involves a technician in someone's home. Where a campaign runs in both, you get both, and we do not pretend one is a version of the other. What we hand over: Primary text, headlines and descriptions per placement, with character counts already checked against where Meta and TikTok truncate. Hook lines written to be spoken inside the first two seconds and to survive as on-screen text with the sound off. Script beats with timings for the video team rather than paragraphs they have to reverse-engineer. And the claim file with its sources, dated. Everything arrives as a working document your team edits, not a locked PDF that forces every change back through us. How we work with your media buyer: Copy the buyer cannot place is decoration. We run one working session with whoever owns the account to map angles against audiences and budget before writing, and a second once the first results are in. Where media is handled by an agency we work to them directly, and we do not use the engagement to audition for their job. Who should not hire us: Anyone who needs blog posts, SEO landing pages, email flows or a brand tone document. Anyone buying copy by the variant. Anyone who wants copy written against a landing page we are not permitted to read — an ad that outperforms its page is the quickest route to a higher cost per acquisition. And anyone in a category where the claim we are asked to write cannot be sourced. We will offer the version that can be, and if that is unacceptable the engagement ends there without invoice.
