Niche edits negotiated inside pages that already rank
SEO and Organic Search · Niche edit / link insertion
Insertions asked for by email into pages holding a top-ten position today, with the paragraph shown to you first and a ninety-day recheck.
About this service
An insertion is worth buying when two things are already true: the page receives search traffic today, and one of its paragraphs already makes a claim your product or your data supports. Of the pages I shortlist in a month I send an ask on about one in eight, and editors accept a little under half of those. That acceptance rate is the entire economics of this work. Everything spent on the other side of it, reading the article, finding the sentence, writing to a person instead of a contact form, is the reason an insertion stays in place instead of being stripped during the next content review.
Why the page decides this, not the domain:
A ranking article is a live asset with an owner who still opens it. That is why insertions hold better than a sponsored post that goes straight into an archive, and equally why they are refused more often. Qualification happens at URL level. The target page holds a top-ten position for a query someone searches with money in hand, has been updated within eighteen months, and already links out to at least two sources nobody paid it to cite. Domain-level metrics take no part in the decision.
The ask itself:
I write to the person whose name is on the byline or the section, in English, Polish or German, and I tell them what the article gets wrong or omits, with the source attached. When the honest answer is that it omits nothing, there is no ask and I move on. An insertion that improves nothing is the one an editor deletes six months later while updating the piece. Where an editor charges a fee, that fee reaches you at cost with the invoice attached. I do not mark up placement costs, and my own fee does not move with them.
Deliverables:
Target URLs with the query each one ranks for, its position on the day I checked, and the exact paragraph I intend to change, sent for your approval before anybody is contacted. The proposed sentence, written by me and shown to you in the form it will appear. The live URL after insertion, with a screenshot of the paragraph in place. A one-page log of every ask sent, accepted or refused, with the refusal reason recorded. A recheck at ninety days covering removal, rel changes and position movement.
Scope boundary:
No insertions into pages that do not rank, however cheap the site. No buying from vendor spreadsheets. If a URL sits in a database, so do its neighbours, and the footprint is the point of failure. No exact-match anchor dictated by you and forced on the editor. I propose an anchor and defend it, and the editor holds the final word. No press release syndication, no directory profiles, no forum posting. No permanence guarantee either. I do not control other people's servers, and anyone promising a third-party page will stand for twelve months is promising something they cannot deliver.
When a target turns out to be wrong:
Rankings move between the shortlist and the ask. If a page falls out of the top ten before the insertion goes live, I stop, replace it, and you are not billed twice for the slot. If a placement is removed inside ninety days, I raise it once with the editor, then treat it as failed and replace it within the same engagement. Failures appear in the log by name rather than being quietly netted out of a total, which is also how you can check the acceptance rate quoted at the top of this page against what actually happened on your account.
Not for you if:
You need this reported as a monthly quota, you are pointing links at a page nobody would cite voluntarily, or your legal team requires a written guarantee that a placement is permanent. Also not for you if the domain is new. Insertions reinforce something that already exists and do very little for a site with nothing to reinforce. The work suits a business watching a competitor take its category pages, a software or payments company whose comparison pages carry the pipeline, or a team mid-migration whose old URLs are about to lose the references pointing at them.
