LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API implemented server-side, deduplicated, and fed CRM stage changes instead of form fills.

About this service

A LinkedIn Conversions API feed carrying hashed work email together with first name, last name and company name matches records at roughly two to three times the rate of a feed sending email alone. Almost every implementation we inherit sends email alone. That is the usual reason the numbers in Campaign Manager and the numbers in your CRM have never once agreed. The question most buyers arrive with: No, adding the Conversions API will not make your reported conversions go up honestly by itself. It will make them go up. Whether that is real recovery of events the browser lost, or the same event counted twice through two paths, depends entirely on deduplication, and deduplication is the part nobody gets right on the first pass. What we do first: We read what is actually firing. That means the network calls, not the tag manager's summary view: which Insight Tag partner ID is live, whether the first-party cookie is being written and read back on the conversion page, which conversion rules are URL-based, which are event-based, and which of them have been quietly counting the same page load since 2023. A meaningful share of these engagements end here, with a list of rules to delete and no new pipes built at all. We charge for the audit and say so. The build: Server-side event delivery, routed either through the collection layer you already run or sent direct to the endpoint from your backend when your engineers would rather own it. Hashing on lowercased and trimmed identifiers, done inside your infrastructure before anything leaves it. A shared event ID on the browser and server copies of every event, so the duplicate is discarded rather than paid for twice in reporting. Consent state travelling with the event, so a suppressed user stays suppressed instead of being dropped from your analytics while still reaching the platform. Offline stages, which is the part that matters: The events worth optimizing toward are not form fills. We push CRM stage changes back as offline conversions, keyed on the identifiers the original click carried: opportunity created, meeting held, closed won. That gives the platform something to optimize against that survives a conversation with your CFO, and it lets a campaign be judged on the thirty opportunities it influenced rather than the four hundred downloads it produced. Decisions you will be asked to make, on which we have an opinion: The attribution window, selectable at one, seven, thirty or ninety days post-click and one or seven post-view. Last touch against each touch on every conversion rule. Which events are allowed to be optimization targets and which exist only to be read. Our default is a short view window and last touch, because a generous view window makes every campaign look successful and teaches you nothing about which one to keep. Not included: No Google Analytics remediation, no marketing automation cleanup, no warehouse build. We wire the platform layer and hand it over documented for your engineers rather than for us. We do not run the campaigns under this scope even if you also retain us for that, and we would rather you confirm the measurement is honest before deciding who spends the budget. Who this is not for: Teams with no engineer who can deploy a site or backend change inside a two-week window. Teams whose CRM we are not permitted to see. And anyone whose goal is a better-looking dashboard rather than a truer one, because a correct implementation routinely reports fewer conversions than the one you have today.
