A three-campaign Sponsored Products account built in your seat, with written graduation rules and a handover to the person who runs it next.

About this service

A single-brand Gulf catalogue does not need eleven Sponsored Products campaign types. What we build is three: one exact-match campaign holding the terms that have already converted, one discovery campaign whose only output is search terms, and one product-targeting campaign that defends your own detail pages against competitors bidding on them. Everything after that is a bid, a negative or a budget. It gets built inside your account and named so that whoever inherits it can read it without us in the room. Graduation and negation rules, written down before launch: A search term moves from discovery to exact when it has produced at least two orders on ten or more clicks inside a rolling 60 days. It takes a negative exact when it has absorbed fifteen clicks and no orders, unless it is a competitor brand name we are deliberately renting. Harvest runs weekly for the first six weeks and fortnightly after that, because Sponsored Products attributes a sale to a click for seven days, and a report read daily in week one is noise you will nonetheless act on. Three scripts, one product: Amazon.ae receives queries for the same controller in Arabic, in Latin-script transliteration and in English, and exact match bridges none of them. A discovery campaign seeded from an English keyword list will show you a tidy ACOS and about a third of the available demand. We build the seed list in all three and read the Brand Analytics search query report for share of clicks on terms you already win, which answers a different question from the one the search term report answers about your own spend. The calendar we plan budget against: White Friday, which is not the same week as Black Friday and does not behave like it. Ramadan, where buying hours move to roughly 10pm to 2am and a flat 24-hour budget hands the late window to whoever is dayparting. Eid, September back-to-school, and the summer, when a meaningful share of your audience is out of the country. Budgets are set against that shape rather than divided by twelve. Placements and bidding: Top of Search modifiers come from placement report data at campaign level, not from a rule of thumb someone read. Discovery runs down-only. Exact moves to fixed once a term has enough history to be worth defending against a competitor testing your ceiling. Portfolios carry the monthly cap so one campaign cannot eat the month. What we will not do: Bill a percentage of your spend. Move bids daily so the report looks busy. Run this on a catalogue that has not passed pre-flight, or on ASINs where you do not hold the buy box for most of the month, because paid traffic to a listing somebody else is winning is a donation. Write your coupon and deal strategy: that is your commercial team's decision, it changes what the ads should do, and we want to be in the conversation rather than making it. Who this is not for: Agencies looking for a white-label operator to sit behind their logo. Brands whose primary marketplace is noon. Anyone who wants a bid management tool implemented, since we have nothing to sell you and take no rebate on anyone else's licence. Handover: Every engagement ends with a named person on your side running the weekly cycle. Where that person does not exist yet, we write the role, sit in on the interviews and train whoever you hire. For most of our clients that is the actual reason we were hired.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Has this catalogue passed a pre-flight, ours or somebody's?
  2. 2What is the monthly working media budget, and who approves changes to it?
  3. 3Which ASINs are the acquisition products and which are the margin products?
  4. 4Who will run the weekly cycle after handover?
  5. 5Which competitor brands are you willing to bid on, and which are off limits?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
