Sponsored Brands and video built and judged on new-to-brand orders, in Arabic and English, with creative held to spec before upload rather than after rejection.

About this service

Sponsored Brands earns its budget for one reason and the reason carries a metric: new-to-brand orders. On gaming accessories on Amazon.ae we see Sponsored Products deliver a new-to-brand rate between roughly 40 and 55 percent on its own. A Sponsored Brands campaign that is not clearing that is buying customers you already had at a headline placement price, and the ACOS it reports will look respectable while it does so. Everything below follows from that. What we build: Store spotlight or video, pointed at a Store sub-page rather than a three-ASIN row, once your catalogue passes roughly twenty SKUs and a category page exists that answers the query better than three products can. Campaigns are separated by intent: category terms, competitor terms and your own brand terms each in their own campaign, because brand defence and category acquisition have no business sharing a budget or a reported return. Video specifications we hold creative to before upload: Six to forty-five seconds permitted; we cut to fifteen. 1920x1080, H.264, under 500MB. Audio mixed around minus 19 dB with nothing peaking past minus 12. No black frames at head or tail, which is the single most common rejection we see and the easiest to prevent. No end card, no imitation of Amazon's own interface, no logo lock-up doing work a product shot should be doing. The product is on screen inside two seconds, because the placement autoplays muted and most viewers never unmute it. Headlines in Arabic: The field takes fifty characters in either language, and fifty characters of Arabic carries considerably more meaning than fifty of English. It is one of the few places where the Arabic version of a campaign has the advantage. It is also where RTL punctuation reverses in ways that read correctly in a document and wrongly in the ad preview. We write both, check both in preview on a phone, and reject anything that has only ever been read in a spreadsheet. Where the click lands: A Store sub-page with source tagging, so Store insights attributes traffic to the campaign rather than to the general pool. If your Store is one page of hero images, we will say so, and the first deliverable becomes an information architecture for it, specified for whoever builds it. Excluded: We cut, spec and direct. We do not shoot. No studio booking, no motion design team, no voiceover casting, no talent contracting. Brand Store construction, Amazon Live and creator work sit outside this. So does any headline claim needing substantiation Amazon's reviewers cannot see: we will not write it, and we will not appeal a rejection we agree with. Who this is not for: Brands outside Brand Registry, who cannot run the format at all. Single-SKU brands, where the spotlight has nothing to spotlight and Sponsored Products with Sponsored Display is the honest answer. Teams that judge every line on blended ACOS, because this format loses that argument every month and then gets cancelled, and both of us will have spent a quarter finding that out. How you will know: Weekly reporting leads with new-to-brand orders and new-to-brand rate, then cost per new-to-brand order, then everything else. If cost per new-to-brand order does not beat what your Sponsored Products account already pays for the same thing across two full flights, we will tell you to stop running the format rather than restructure it a third time.
