Named accounts, moderator relationships opened before anything is asked, and ninety days before the first result — the only version of this that survives.

About this service

The question buyers arrive with is whether Reddit can be seeded quietly. It cannot. Vote manipulation is caught by Reddit's own systems, and moderators check account age, comment history and posting cadence as routine — one click shows them everything an account has ever said, anywhere. What does work takes about ninety days: accounts belonging to named people at your company, moderator relationships opened before you need anything from them, and answers in threads where your product is honestly the answer. Why this is worth doing at all: Since Google's licensing arrangement with Reddit, threads sit at or near the top of results and inside AI-generated answers for exactly the queries where buyers ask other humans what to use. For pet products, hiring tools and media software, a four-year-old thread routinely outranks the vendor's own page for its own category term. That thread is the asset. You cannot buy it and you cannot have it deleted. What the engagement covers: I map where your category is actually discussed. For hiring that is r/recruiting, r/humanresources, r/AskHR and — with a straight face — r/recruitinghell, where the sharpest and most quotable criticism of your category lives. For pets it is r/dogs, r/Dogtraining, r/DogAdvice and the breed-specific subreddits, whose rules differ enough from each other to matter. I read every relevant rule set and the visible moderation history, and I name the subreddits you should stay out of entirely. Then presence gets built: your people, under their own names, answering things they are actually qualified to answer, at a rate that stays comfortably inside each community's tolerance for self-interest. Moderators: I open modmail before there is anything to ask for. The message is short and honest: who we are, what we would like to do, what we will not do. Some moderators say no. That is useful, and it gets written down rather than routed around. Where an AMA fits, I arrange it with the moderators, handle verification properly, and schedule it for when the subreddit is awake rather than when your campaign calendar says. What I will not do: No alt accounts. No aged accounts bought from anyone. No upvote services, no paid redditors, and no asking a moderator to remove a thread that is merely unflattering. I will not present Reddit's paid conversation placements as organic — if that budget makes sense I will say so, and it is bought openly as advertising with its own line. Who this is not for: Companies that need a mention this month. Ninety days is the floor and the first thirty are reading. Also not for anyone unwilling to have a bad thread answered in public: if the internal policy is silence when a customer complains on Reddit, this channel will cost you more than it returns and we should not begin. The thread that goes badly: We agree in advance who replies, in what register, and how quickly. The pattern that works is a named employee, a specific admission, no legal phrasing, and no link. The pattern that ends badly is a brand account arriving with a support portal URL and the word "apologise" in the passive voice. What you get: A landscape read with thread volume and the current sentiment about you. A rules and moderator brief per subreddit. Accounts built and warmed in the open. Draft answers reviewed by you and posted by your people, never by me impersonating them. Training so your team can read a room before posting into it. And a written record of every subreddit that told us no, so nobody tries the same door again in six months.

  3. 3What is your policy when a customer complains publicly?
  4. 4Are there subreddits where you have already been banned or removed?
