AI Search Optimization (GEO / AEO) · Passage-level citability rewriting

Rewriting the specific passages an answer engine would lift, so each one stands alone with its subject, its figures and their dates intact.

About this service

An answer engine quotes a passage, not a page. The most common reason a well-ranked page is never quoted is its first clause: across roughly 900 passages I have rewritten, most opened with it, this, the product or the company. Lifted out of the page, the passage could not say what it was about, and it lost to a thinner competitor paragraph that named its subject in the first six words. What the rewrite changes: The subject is named where the chunk begins, not in the heading above it. One claim per sentence, each with its number, its unit and the year it was measured, because a figure with no date is the first thing a model declines to repeat. The heading becomes the question a buyer actually asks in the words they use, which in es-MX is rarely the English question translated. Tables get a prose companion: a specification table is close to invisible once a page is chunked, so the two or three rows that decide the purchase are restated as sentences. Pronoun chains that cross a heading boundary are broken, because the chunk boundary usually lands there. How passages are chosen: Not by traffic. I build a prompt set from real demand — Search Console queries, on-site search, and what the sales and support teams are actually asked — then sample answers repeatedly across the surfaces your buyers use and record which passage holds each answer today. Where a competitor holds it, I read their passage before touching yours. Where your material is being paraphrased without attribution, that is a different repair from where it is absent, and the two are separated in the report. What I refuse to add: An FAQ block written for machines. Schema markup as a substitute for a sentence that states the thing plainly; markup describes a claim, it does not make one. Statistics assembled from other people's posts to hit a citation-density heuristic. And I will not rewrite a passage whose claim cannot be sourced: for a pet food page that means the AAFCO wording or nothing, for an industrial part the published tolerance, and where the claim lives only in a sales deck the passage is cut instead. Where this does not work: Product pages with nothing checkable on them. If the strongest sentence available is that the product is durable, no rewrite earns a citation, and the honest fix is a test result, a warranty term or a teardown — work that happens before writing and not by me. This is also not placement: I rewrite pages you own. Getting quoted inside the third-party sources a model already trusts in your category is a separate problem with a separate budget. What you receive: The rewritten passages in your CMS's format, each with the before, the after and a one-line reason. A baseline of which passages were quoted before the change and a re-measure at four weeks, with the sampling data attached so you can run it again without me. And the list of pages I declined to touch with the reason for each, which is usually the most useful page in the delivery because it says exactly where the missing evidence is. Working languages: English and Spanish, written natively in each. The Spanish passages are not the English ones translated. A Mexican buyer asks a different question in a different order, and the passage that answers it is a different passage, sometimes on a different page.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which pages or product family should this cover, and why those?
  2. 2What can you prove about the product that a competitor cannot?
  3. 3How does content get onto the site: markdown, CMS rich text, or a page builder?
  4. 4What do buyers ask before purchase, in each language?
  5. 5Are there pages you know are thin but are not permitted to remove?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
