DV360 run on your own seat: IO architecture, custom bidding, deal troubleshooting, GCC connected TV. Flat fee, never a percentage of spend.

About this service

A DV360 line item optimising towards a Floodlight conversion that fires fewer than about sixty times in the trailing thirty days is bidding on noise. We move those onto a custom bidding script scored against a mid-funnel event that has volume, and let the conversion stay what it should be, the number you report rather than the number you bid on. Most underperforming seats we take over are not badly targeted. They are optimising against a signal too thin to learn from. How we structure a seat: One insertion order per market and objective, so budget cannot migrate between two things you would never consciously trade off. Frequency managed at insertion order level with lifetime caps that hold across insertion orders, because a per-line-item cap in a multi-IO account is a number that means nothing. Pacing chosen deliberately, ahead early where inventory is contested and even where it is not, then reviewed rather than left wherever it was created. Bidding and measurement: Custom bidding scripts weighted across Floodlight variables and rebuilt when the site's event model changes, rather than inherited in perpetuity by whoever holds the seat next. Ads Data Hub for match rate reads and, where your data supports it, an incrementality read instead of last-click attribution theatre. Audiences from Customer Match and Campaign Manager 360 first-party segments ahead of third-party segments, which in this region are frequently modelled from panels too small to trust at market level. Deals that will not bid: Most deal troubleshooting in a Gulf seat comes down to four causes: the seat on the deal does not match the seat bidding, the floor sits above your bid, the creative was never approved by the publisher, or the deal was configured always-send when the buyer expected an auction. We work that list with the exchange directly and tell you which deals are not worth renewing. Inventory here: Connected TV through Shahid VIP, STARZPLAY and OSN where the campaign warrants a direct deal, and through Publica-mediated supply where it does not. YouTube runs in its own insertion order on the same seat and is never blended into a display IO, because the two cannot be optimised against each other honestly. Brand safety runs pre-bid with IAS or DoubleVerify plus a regional exclusion list we maintain and will show you, including a standing position on news adjacency during an active conflict cycle rather than a decision taken in the hour it breaks. What we refuse: We do not charge a percentage of media spend, here or anywhere, so nothing we recommend is worth more to us when it costs you more. The seat stays in your name with us added as users; we do not resell DV360 through our own partner account and we do not hold your budget. We do not run igaming through DV360 anywhere in the GCC, because Google's gambling policy does not certify these markets and the workaround that gets a campaign live is the one that gets the account suspended. For licensed operators we buy the category through platforms that accept it in markets where the licence actually holds, and we decline the rest. Handover terms: We do not take over a live seat cold. A fortnight of read access before we touch a line item, and one call with the outgoing team. Seats handed over without an overlap produce a first month that is nobody's fault and everybody's problem. Not included: Media planning and rate negotiation, creative production, first-party ad server work, paid search and paid social. We run the seat and the buying inside it. Who this is not for: Advertisers under roughly forty thousand dollars a month of DV360 working media. Below that the fee is a large share of the spend, and an in-platform automated bid strategy does most of what we would do.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Do you hold a DV360 seat, and under whose partner agreement?
  2. 2Which conversion or event will bidding be judged on, and how often does it fire?
  3. 3Markets, monthly working media and flight dates.
  4. 4List the deal IDs currently in the seat and which ones are actually delivering.
  5. 5Any brand safety, adjacency or category constraints already agreed with the client?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
