The first thirty days after a partner is approved: briefs, link tooling, feeds, creative built by placement, and disclosure copy that ships inside the assets.

About this service

Activation — a first tracked sale inside thirty days of approval — sits under twenty percent on most programs we inherit. The agreement gets signed, the login goes out, and nothing ships. This engagement is about those thirty days, and every asset in it exists to serve that window rather than to fill a folder somebody will link to once. The first week, scripted: A partner receives a one-page brief written for their class, not a brand deck. What the product does, who it is wrong for, the three claims they may make and the two they may not, the rate they are on, when they are paid, and the single placement we would like them to try first. Then a link builder that produces a tracked deep link to any page on your site without a support ticket, and a test order path so they can watch a conversion register under their own ID before they publish anything. Partners who see their own first tracked click within an hour of approval behave very differently from partners waiting on a reply. The creative library: Built by placement, not by dimension. A YouTube description block with the link and the disclosure already inside it. A newsletter insert of roughly ninety words with a subject line that has been tested. A comparison-table row with specifications filled in from your data sheet, which is the thing industrial buyer's-guide publishers actually need and almost never receive. A short-form hook list for creators. Static banners exist where a partner asks for them, in the sizes their placements use, and no further. Feeds and technical partners: Where partners need product data we ship a feed in CSV and XML with a documented schema, stable identifiers, price and availability, refreshed on a cron whose status they can see. For partners with a developer we write the integration page: base URLs, parameter names, how the click ID must be carried through, and a worked example that returns a real response rather than a placeholder. Language and disclosure: Portuguese copy is written in Portuguese. Spanish for LatAm is written by a native speaker and checked against the country you are actually selling into, because a Mexican audience notices Argentine copy immediately. Disclosure lines are drafted for the rule each partner is subject to — CONAR's advertising code for Brazilian creators, the FTC endorsement guides for United States traffic — and they sit inside the copy blocks, so complying is the path of least effort rather than an extra step. Partner landing pages: Where a named partner has earned one, we build a dedicated page that answers their audience's specific objection above the fold, with a load budget we hold to. A partner page taking four seconds to render on a mid-range Android in São Paulo simply returns the traffic to wherever it came from, and the partner stops sending it. What we do not deliver: A brand guidelines PDF renamed as an onboarding kit. Banner sets in twenty sizes. Machine-translated Portuguese. A partner portal built from scratch when the platform you already run has one that works. Not for you if: Claims copy cannot be approved inside a week, or partner-facing language goes through a quarterly legal cycle. These assets are worth exactly what your approval speed lets them be worth, and we would rather say that now.
