About this service

A recruitment push that signs four hundred partners and activates nine of them costs more in onboarding hours than it ever returns. We work to a smaller number: twenty-five to forty named targets a quarter, researched individually, approached by name, with the deal already shaped before the first message is sent. Where targets come from: Not a network directory and not a purchased list. We build the set from where your buyers already are. For industrial programs that means specification-comparison sites, buyer's-guide publishers, distributor newsletters whose subscriber base you can actually verify, and the engineers running YouTube channels about equipment selection. For education, the Portuguese-language educator channels, producers on Hotmart and Eduzz already selling adjacent courses, and the Telegram and WhatsApp communities where course recommendations genuinely circulate in Brazil. For gaming, creators whose Discord has moderators rather than a follower count. Qualification before contact: Every target is checked before we spend your name on it. Traffic pattern and whether it survived the last few Google core updates. Whether their existing affiliate links point at your direct competitors, and on what terms. Whether their audience sits in a market you can ship to and bill in. And whether they disclose. A partner who hides disclosure is a partner whose traffic will not survive a serious review, and we drop them at this stage rather than after they have earned a balance. The proposition we carry: Outreach fails when the message is an invitation to join a program. We go out with something specific: the placement we want, the page we think it should point at, the rate class we can approve, and what you will build for them. With the partners worth having, the negotiation is about an exclusivity window, first look at product launches, or co-funding a piece of content. It is almost never about a percentage point. How the work runs: Research and shortlist, then approach, then negotiation, then one placement live and tracked. We do the negotiating and bring you only the terms falling outside what you have already approved. Every conversation is logged in your CRM or a sheet you own, so the relationship stays yours the day you stop working with us. Language: Outreach into Brazil is written in Portuguese by someone who speaks it, with the register a creator expects rather than the register a bank uses. English everywhere else. We do not send machine-translated Spanish into LatAm and describe it as localisation. What we refuse: We do not buy or scrape partner lists. We do not send one email to a hundred people with a merge field in it. We do not recruit sub-affiliate networks that will not name their traffic sources, incentivised-traffic operators, or coupon-extension partners — those arrive on their own and belong in a separate conversation about rate classes. We do not sign anyone whose terms we would be uncomfortable defending to your finance team. Who this is not for: Programs with no working tracking, and programs whose rate card nobody has authority to change. Recruiting into a program that cannot honour a negotiated rate wastes the introduction permanently, because the partners worth having take that call exactly once.
