Casting for the buying situation, usage licences signed before filming, and a weekly kill rule on hook rate rather than volume of variations.

About this service

The number I brief against: Hook rate, meaning three-second video plays over impressions, is where a paid social concept lives or dies. Across the accounts I run, concepts that eventually scale sit near twenty-five to thirty percent. Anything holding below twenty percent is not rescued by a better edit, a new caption or a different opening frame. So this work is about killing concepts quickly and running fewer, better ones. Six to nine genuinely different concepts go into a month, not forty cuts of one. Casting: Creators are found for the buying situation, not for follower count. For a skincare brand that means people whose own before-and-after is real and who say the product name without performing it. For a manufacturing client it means a maintenance technician, a plant engineer or a distributor's service rep, sourced through trade groups, industry forums and your own installed base rather than a creator marketplace. A lifestyle creator holding a gearbox reads as false to the fifty people who make the purchasing decision, and that audience is unforgiving about it. I write the brief, run the casting, and reject on presence and specificity rather than aesthetics. Rights, settled before anything is filmed: Every creator signs a usage licence covering paid amplification, twelve months, the territories you sell in, with platforms named. Partnership Ads running from a creator's own handle need explicit permission and a Business Manager connection, and those are set up at contract time rather than discovered as a gap when a winning ad has to come down. Day rate and usage fee are separated in the contract, so a second year is not a renegotiation with someone who now knows the ad works. Iteration: Concepts are read weekly on hook rate, then on hold rate at fifteen seconds, then on cost per purchase or per qualified lead once volume allows. What changes between iterations is the argument, not the colour grade: a different objection answered in the first two seconds, a different person making the claim, a different situation on screen. When a concept works I take it apart to find which of those was carrying it, because that is the thing you can commission again deliberately. What I refuse: No scripted testimonials carrying a health claim. For pharma and medtech that means no efficacy language, no symptom promises, and no patient narratives a regulator could read as promotional. If a claim needs a clinician to make it, a creator will not be making it here. No buying follower counts. No creative subscription priced per asset, because that model pays for volume and volume is not the constraint. Not included: No studio production, no crew, no product photography, no motion design beyond captions and end cards. Creator fees and licence payments are yours and pass through at cost with the invoices visible to you. Media buying is a separate engagement; if I am not running the account I need read access to it, because creative decisions made without delivery data are guesses with better vocabulary. Who this is not for: Brands whose creative approval runs through a committee on a fortnightly cycle. The loop here reads delivery weekly and dies at that cadence. Also not for accounts spending under roughly eight thousand euro a month on paid social. Below that there is not enough delivery to separate a good concept from a lucky one, and you would be paying me to interpret noise with confidence.
