Ad Account Suspension Appeals: Google, Meta, TikTok
Ad Compliance and Legal · Account suspension appeal (Google, Meta, TikTok)
Diagnosis first, remediation second, one appeal filed. Last year we advised against filing at all in just under a third of cases.
About this service
We file one appeal, and last year we advised against filing at all in just under a third of the diagnostics we ran. A denied appeal is not a neutral outcome: a second submission that repeats the first tends to close the matter, and repeated review requests against an unchanged asset get declined without a human reading them. The sequence here is diagnosis, then remediation, then a single filing. Never the reverse.
Finding the real trigger:
A suspension notice names a policy, not a cause. We reconstruct the two weeks before the block from sources that keep dates: change history in the ad account, asset and user events in Business Manager, billing and payment profile changes, DNS and hosting changes on the destination, and any affiliate or partner routing traffic through your domain. The trigger is usually small and datable — a user added from a previously banned asset, a failed card replaced with one tied to a different entity, a redirect a developer added after the ad was approved, a spend jump on a young account.
What each platform actually wants:
Google's circumventing systems suspensions are account-level and unforgiving, and the appeal is read as your account of what changed, so it needs a dated narrative plus evidence the change is already made. Meta's route through Account Quality is fast and shallow, which means the work sits upstream of the form rather than inside it. TikTok asks for entity and tax documentation and moves through a rep where you have one. Same facts, three different documents.
The filing:
A dated timeline. Named evidence for every remediation, before and after. The entity documents that answer the identity question the reviewer has not asked out loud. One accountable person named on the account. No apology paragraph, no promise of future compliance, no argument about fairness: the reviewer is reading for whether the condition still exists.
While you are under review:
There is legitimate continuity work and we help with it — moving budget to unaffected platforms, keeping a clean asset unentangled from the blocked one, and deciding what not to touch, because changes made in a panic during a review read as evidence. What we will not do is rebuild your buying on assets that share ownership signals with the suspended one.
What we will not do:
Open a new account, entity, domain or payment method to get around a block. That is circumvention, it is frequently what caused the suspension, and it converts a recoverable account-level problem into a permanent one attached to the business and the people on it. We will not buy or rent a verified Business Manager. We will not file an appeal we do not believe, because a filing we do not believe spends the one attempt you have.
No outcome pricing:
We do not guarantee reinstatement and we do not work on contingency. Contingency rewards volume filing, which is the behaviour that closes accounts for good. Where the diagnostic concludes the violation is real and unremediated, we say so, we set out what would have to change to make an appeal honest, and the engagement ends there with the diagnostic delivered.
Who this is not for:
Anyone who wants the account back without changing what caused the block. Also anyone who wants a filing today: the diagnostic takes days because the evidence takes days, and the fast filing is the expensive one.
