Sixty minutes of shared screen in one buyer's live account, one platform, with a log they keep and no report to their manager.

About this service

One buyer, one platform, that buyer's own live account, sixty minutes of shared screen and no slides. We take people already spending meaningfully on the platform in question, as a rule of thumb from about thirty thousand euros a month, because underneath that the account cannot generate enough events to settle an argument and the sessions decay into swapped opinions. How a session runs: The buyer drives. We start from something they did in the account that week and work forward from it. Roughly two thirds of the hour is spent inside the interface or in a query against their own data, and the remainder is the argument about what to do next. Each session closes with one change to make and one number to check before the next, written into a log that belongs to them. Platforms we take: Meta, Google Ads including Performance Max and Demand Gen, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ad Manager or DV360 for anyone buying display directly. One platform per engagement. A buyer who wants four covered at once is asking for a curriculum and will get shallow answers on all four, and is better served by their platform representative and a fortnight of reading. What tends to get fixed: The mechanical items go early: an account optimising to an event that fires twice, a budget structure that guarantees the learning phase never ends, tests read at a sample that could never have been conclusive. What takes longer is judgement. When to stop a test that is winning. How to argue for cutting spend in a room where cutting spend reads as failure. How to answer a finance director who has decided last-click is the truth. That is where senior buyers are actually stuck, and none of it appears in platform documentation. Confidentiality: The log belongs to the buyer. Where a manager is paying, the manager receives attendance and the topics covered, never an assessment, and this is said to everyone in the first session. Coaching that doubles as a performance review produces a coachee who performs instead of one who asks the question they were embarrassed to ask, and the money is wasted either way. What this is not: Not certification preparation, and we will not sit an exam's syllabus with anyone. Not team training. Put four people in a room and it becomes a workshop, which is different work at a different price. Not account management: we will look and say what we would do, and the buyer decides and executes, or the arrangement has quietly turned into outsourcing with a coaching invoice attached. Not for someone new to paid media, who needs a structured course and six months of live spend before this is worth their employer's money. Who books it: The one senior buyer at an agency with nobody above them to argue with. The in-house buyer who has just inherited a spend level they have not run before and is finding that the tactics that worked at a tenth of it do not. A marketing lead at a medtech or apparel company who now owns paid media because the person who did it left, and needs to be genuinely competent in one platform rather than passable in four. Between sessions: One question or one screenshot when they are stuck, answered within a working day. It is not on-call support and it is not a review service. Send the whole account over for inspection and we will hand it back and ask what specifically is in question, which is usually the more useful answer anyway.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which single platform, and what does that buyer spend on it in a typical month?
  2. 2Does the buyer have their own login with permission to make changes during a session?
  3. 3Who is paying, and what will they be told about the sessions?
  4. 4What did the buyer try recently that did not work, in their own words?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
