Reconciliation, trafficking, server-side tagging and feed governance held inside your ticket queue, documented for whoever replaces us.

About this service

Reconciliation comes before anything else. Platform-reported conversions against what your warehouse recorded, and any gap over eight percent becomes a defect with an owner and a date rather than a shrug about attribution. Accounts we join usually open somewhere between fifteen and forty percent apart, and about half of that is one broken thing: a consent category blocking a tag on mobile, a purchase event firing twice on back-navigation, a redirect stripping parameters. What the seat covers: Trafficking and placement quality assurance in Google Ad Manager and Campaign Manager 360. Tag governance in a server-side container that you own and keep after we leave. Meta Conversions API with event_id deduplication checked against live traffic. Enhanced conversions and offline import in Google Ads. GA4 verified against its own BigQuery export rather than against the interface, which is where the discrepancies show themselves. Naming and parameter taxonomy enforced by a validator that rejects a malformed link when it is built, because a taxonomy that lives in a document is one nobody follows past week six. Consent, stated plainly: Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode changes what a reported conversion in the EEA means, and a modelled conversion is not the same object as an observed one. We will build it, label which figures are modelled, and hold that split in your reporting so nobody presents the two as one number. We will not implement anything that reconstructs a user who declined. We do not act as your data protection officer and do not sign your impact assessment. That signature is your counsel's, on your risk. In regulated work: Creative version control mapped to the approved asset identifier from your review system, so that when a claim is withdrawn every live variant carrying it can be found and pulled within one working day, across placements and across agencies. Comment monitoring on paid social routed to pharmacovigilance inside twenty-four hours of a suspected adverse event mention, with the routing tested rather than documented. Condition-based audience construction excluded where policy or local law prohibits it, and in some cases where platforms still permit it. In retail feeds: Merchant Center disapproval triage as a standing weekly item with a named owner. Feed rules kept in version control and reviewed like code. Variant-level availability reconciled against the stock system rather than the storefront, because a feed that disagrees with the warehouse spends money on things that cannot ship. Not included: Business intelligence dashboards as the main body of work. If that is the real need, the honest answer is an analytics engineer and we will say so in the first call. We do not select or resell platforms, take vendor commission, or hold your billing. We do not write measurement strategy apart from whoever runs media: incrementality and geo-holdout design sits with the growth seat, and we instrument and enforce it. Who should not book this: Teams looking for tracking that produces a friendlier number. Companies unwilling to grant named individual access to their tag manager and ad server. Anyone who wants a contractor to make the consent decision for them. Sites mid-replatform with no cutover date, where every implementation is temporary and paying for it twice is the only certain outcome. Call us the month before launch instead. How it runs: Inside your working hours, your ticket queue and your repository, not ours. Two standing hours a week with an engineer, because tag work that never reaches the engineering board never ships, and half of ad ops failure is a queue problem wearing a technical costume. Everything is documented as it is built, on the assumption that whoever replaces us has never spoken to us and never will.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Send read access to GA4, the ad accounts, the ad server and the tag manager, or name the person who can grant it.
  2. 2What is the current gap between platform-reported conversions and the figure finance uses?
  3. 3Do you have engineering hours we can book weekly, and whose backlog do they come from?
  4. 4Is a replatform, CMP migration or consent policy change planned in the next two quarters?
  5. 5For regulated work: which system holds approved asset identifiers, and who can withdraw a claim?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
