A single landing page in Next.js, built offer-first, server-rendered, and wired so one enquiry produces one CRM record and one ad-platform conversion.

About this service

The first two weeks of a build contain no design. Four to six weeks from kickoff to live, and the opening fortnight goes to one question: what is being offered, to whom, and what has to be true for that person to act this week. On our last fourteen builds, the offer that launched differed from the offer in the brief on eleven of them. The form got shorter, the qualifying question moved to the top, or the promise got smaller and more particular. Why we start there: A landing page is the last thing in the funnel that can be changed cheaply, and the first thing blamed when the numbers are poor. Most of the time the page is honest and the offer is vague. We would rather argue with you about the offer in week one than redesign a hero section in month three. The build: One page, Next.js on the App Router, rendered on the server, built with standalone output and deployed to infrastructure you control: a VPS behind nginx, or the container platform you already run. No hosted page builder, no vendor content database, no monthly fee per page. You get the repository. The argument of the page — offer, proof, form — arrives in the first HTML response. If every script fails, a visitor can still read the offer and submit the form. That is not a performance preference. It is what stops a campaign quietly losing a fifth of its spend on the day a tag manager container breaks and nobody notices for eight days. The data path: The form posts to a route handler inside your own application, not to a third-party endpoint. The handler validates on the server, writes the lead into your CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, whatever you already run — and sends the conversion server-side to Google Ads through Enhanced Conversions and to Meta through the Conversions API, carrying the click identifier captured first-party when the visitor landed. One enquiry produces one CRM record and one conversion event. When the ad account and the CRM disagree at month end, the log says which system dropped it, and that argument stops being a matter of opinion. Claims and copy: We write the page. For energy retail, every price claim is expressed against the Default Market Offer, or the Victorian Default Offer in Victoria, because a saving stated against anything else is a compliance exposure before it is a marketing decision. For property, we will not publish a price, a rental yield or a completion date you cannot support with a document we can read. Where a claim has no source, it comes out, and the page is usually better for the gap. Not included: Navigation, blog, multi-page architecture, or a design system for pages that do not yet exist. Ad account management and the creative for the ads themselves. Translation. Ongoing hosting: we deploy to your infrastructure and hand over the runbook. Split testing infrastructure, because at the traffic a single offer usually carries, a test takes longer to resolve than the campaign runs, and we will say that rather than sell you a testing tool. Who this is not for: Anyone who needs the page in ten days for media already booked. Anyone who wants the design approved before the offer is settled. Lead resellers, where the same enquiry goes to several buyers. And anyone expecting a conversion rate number in the proposal: the page is one variable, and your traffic, your offer and the speed of your follow-up are the other three.

  3. 3Which CRM the lead must land in, and who can issue an API credential for it.
  4. 4Every claim you want on the page involving a price, a saving, a yield or a date, with the document behind it.
