Line-by-line policy review of creative and landing pages before the flight, with rewrites and the appeal written for anything we cleared.

About this service

Every asset comes back with one of three verdicts, the policy clause it turns on, and where it fails, the replacement line written for you. On a first review for a trading or crypto client roughly one asset in three fails, and it almost never fails on the ad. It fails on a return figure or the word guaranteed sitting in the landing page hero, which the unreliable claims policy treats as part of the ad. How a review runs: You send the creative set, the destination URLs and the targeting, ideally ten working days before the flight. Each asset is read against the policies of the platforms you are actually buying, not a generic checklist. Google Ads misrepresentation and unreliable claims, and the certification requirements that gate financial services and gambling country by country. Meta's special ad categories and, far more often, the personal attributes rule that catches second-person copy implying you know something about the reader. TikTok's restricted industry list and its branded content disclosure. And the destination policies, which are where a campaign that sailed through creative review dies on day three. For Spain specifically we check whether the campaign needs prior copy advice from Autocontrol, which is a real gate for gambling and health advertisers and turns around faster than most teams expect if it is started early rather than after a disapproval. What comes back: One sheet, one row per asset: pass, pass with change, or do not run. Every do-not-run quotes the clause and states why it applies to this asset rather than in the abstract. Every pass-with-change carries the rewritten headline, description or on-page line, written to keep the claim you are actually trying to make wherever that claim is defensible, and to say plainly when it is not. The appeal: Assets get disapproved even when they comply, and the reviewer looking at your appeal has minutes. For anything we cleared that gets rejected, we write the appeal: the policy text, the reading, the specific element in question, and the substantiation link. We do that for assets we passed at no additional charge, because it is the only honest way to sell a review. We do not: Guarantee approval. Nobody can. Review is partly automated and varies by reviewer and by day. Manage your account or push campaigns live. Write creative from scratch; this is review, and if the concept rather than the execution is the policy problem, you hear that on day one instead of receiving six rewritten variants of an idea that cannot run. Not the right buy if: You are launching this week and want a rubber stamp. You want us to find the phrasing that gets an unsubstantiated claim past review; we will not, and the reason is not principle. Those campaigns get pulled at the worst possible moment and the strike lands on the account rather than the asset. Or your spend is small enough that a disapproval costs a day rather than a quarter, in which case the platform's own policy manager is enough and we will tell you so. Who does the work: One reviewer per account, so the second campaign is faster than the first and the third faster again. We keep a record of every clause we have argued with each platform on your behalf, and that file leaves with you if you do.
