We operate your TTD seat against REDS log-level data in your own warehouse, on an inventory list built by hand and defended domain by domain.

About this service

A Trade Desk seat earns its fee only if somebody reads the Raw Event Data Feed. We take REDS delivery into your cloud storage, load it into BigQuery, and reconcile every charged impression against domain or app bundle, supply path, deal ID and frequency position. On the four seats we inherited last year, between 19 and 34 percent of display spend sat on domains the advertiser would not have approved if the list had been read out loud in a meeting. The bidder is rarely the problem. The inventory is. Rebuilding the list: The inventory list is built by hand and starts small. The first version comes from your own analytics and referrer data, from the publishers your category actually reads, and in Japan from domestic titles that global tools tend to miss entirely. It grows on evidence visible in your tables, not on platform-attributed conversions. Every domain on it can be named and defended out loud. The exclusion list is a deliverable in its own right, refreshed monthly, because made-for-advertising domains come back under a new registrant and a list written once is a list already stale. One path per publisher: We pick a single supply path per publisher and hold it: OpenPath where the publisher supports it, a direct SSP seat where deal quality justifies the negotiation, resellers deduplicated against sellers.json and the schain object. Bidding the same impression down three paths and calling the cheapest win an optimisation is how a seat looks busy while paying twice for one person. Frequency, Kokai and Koa: Frequency is a media decision, not a settings tab. We cap on UID2 and at household level where the graph supports it, per flight rather than per campaign, and the number comes off the reach curve rather than out of habit. We set bid factors in Kokai and we read what Koa changed overnight. We do not hand an algorithm the objective and leave for the weekend, because the model optimises inside the inventory you gave it and cannot tell you the inventory was wrong. Japan: Japanese supply reachable through the open exchange is thinner than most global buyers expect. The inventory worth having sits in deals with Ad Generation, fluct, GENIEE and MicroAd, and it is negotiated in Japanese. We negotiate in Japanese. Since the amended Telecommunications Business Act took effect in June 2023, a Japanese property carrying measurement tags needs its external transmission disclosure in place. We check before launch and hold the launch if it is missing. Reporting: One document a month: what we bought, what we cut, what we got wrong and what changes next. The SQL sits in your warehouse, so every number in it can be re-run by your own analyst without asking us. Not included: Media runs on your Trade Desk contract. We do not resell inventory and do not mark up media; our fee is the whole of what we earn and it appears on one line. Creative production is out of scope beyond resizing an existing set to standard IAB units. We consume your conversion pipeline, we do not build it. Search, paid social and affiliate belong to somebody else. CTV and audio are quoted separately when briefed as such. Not for you if: Your measure of success is viewability or CPM against a benchmark. You cannot grant REDS delivery and read access to conversion data. Your working media sits under about 40,000 dollars a month, where the fixed cost of a seat outruns what tuning can return. Or you want the seat held under our contract so procurement never sees the media rate. We will not do that, and shops that will are not hard to find.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Can you enable REDS delivery to a bucket you control, and give us read access?
  2. 2Where does your conversion or order data live, and can we read it?
  3. 3What is monthly working media, and which markets does it cover?
  4. 4Which brands, categories or contexts must never appear alongside your ads?
  5. 5Who operates the seat today, and what are we inheriting?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
