About this service

Around four in ten registrants attend live, and that ratio is not the number to work on. What decides whether a session produced anything is who registered, and that is settled before promotion begins — by whose audience you are borrowing and what that audience was told they would get. Partner selection first: We start with the audience you would be reaching rather than the reach figure. For a co-hosted session we ask the prospective partner for the last three sends of the list they are proposing: volume, open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, and how the segment is defined. A partner unwilling to share that is proposing an audience they have not looked at recently. We also check overlap, because a partner speaking to the buyers you already reach delivers registrations and no new pipeline. Consent, which is not a formality in Canada: Canada's anti-spam legislation requires express consent for commercial electronic messages, and that consent does not travel. Your partner cannot hand you their list, and they cannot mail on your behalf under your name unless the consent they collected identifies you. So co-registration is written to collect consent at the point of registration, naming both parties, with separate checkboxes and separate records. This is the most common broken thing we find in webinar programs run by otherwise careful teams, and it is the one carrying a statutory penalty. Promotion: Channels are chosen against the invitation list rather than bought as a bundle. Usually: a placement in the partner's newsletter that we write rather than a banner they design, LinkedIn document and conversation ads aimed at the role the session was built for, two or three practitioner communities where moderators disclose sponsorship to members, and your own list segmented so past attendees are invited differently from people who have never come. We build the UTM taxonomy and hand it over, so registration source survives into your CRM instead of collapsing into direct traffic. The session itself, only where it affects turnout: We do not produce your webinar. We do read the title, the abstract and the speaker list, and we will tell you when the title is the reason nobody registered. A title naming a decision outperforms a title naming a topic. A panel of only vendor speakers is read as a demo by everyone who has ever sat through one. Follow-up: The 48 hours afterwards are worth more than the promotion. Attendees, no-shows and replay viewers receive three different messages, and the replay is not gated a second time to people who already handed over their details at registration. Questions asked during the session go to sales with the asker's name attached, because a question is the highest-intent signal the event generates. What we refuse: No registration guarantees. Anyone selling you a number is buying it, and audience-delivery vendors fill a room with people who consented to something else and will mark your follow-up as spam. We do not place in communities that hide the placement from their members. We will not mail a partner's list under a consent that does not name you, and we will end an engagement over it rather than argue. Who this is not for: Teams whose measure of success is a registration count reported upward. First programs with no list at all, where you are buying an audience and calling it co-marketing, and it will not repeat next quarter. Sessions built around a launch date rather than a question the audience already has. What you receive: A promotion plan with named placements and their cost, the co-registration consent language, the invitation and reminder sequence, the UTM scheme, the follow-up splits, and afterwards a read on which sources produced attendance rather than registration.

What the seller needs from you

  2. 2Do you have a co-host in mind, and can they supply send-level metrics for the list they are proposing?
  3. 3How was consent collected for your own list, and does it name your company explicitly?
  4. 4Who owns follow-up after the event, and in what system?
  5. 5Platform and date.

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
