Target account lists normalized on Japan's corporate number register, then built into matched-audience campaigns you own.

About this service

A LinkedIn company list will not run until at least 300 of the accounts on it match, and a Japanese target list uploaded straight out of Salesforce typically matches around half. That gap is not the platform being difficult. It is the corporate suffix sitting before the name in your CRM and after it on the company page, full-width characters against half-width, the registered legal name against the trading name, and three romanizations of the same firm. Closing that gap is the first week of this engagement and most of its value. Building the list: Your account list gets normalized against the National Tax Agency's corporate number register, which is public and downloadable, so every account carries a 13-digit identifier before it goes anywhere. That identifier becomes the key everything joins on afterwards: the LinkedIn upload, the Meta business list, the CRM record and the report you read at the end. Group structures are resolved deliberately rather than by fuzzy match, because a large Japanese financial group has a great many legal entities and you are probably permitted to sell to two of them. Then the list gets shorter. An account list I inherit is usually a wish list with revenue-band filters applied to it. I go through it with your sales lead and remove accounts nobody has a route into, because advertising to an account with no seller behind it produces a line in a report and nothing else. A list that arrives at 1,200 accounts often ships at 400. If we cannot reach 300 matched companies in Japan, the honest answer is that LinkedIn is the wrong surface for this list and it gets built on Meta and a website audience instead. Sequencing: Tier one accounts get named-account treatment: a company-list campaign, a job-function layer, and creative that states the problem in the buyer's own vocabulary rather than in your product's. Tier two runs the same list without personalization and at a lower frequency cap. Every campaign carries the same exclusion set, covering closed-won accounts, open opportunities sales does not want disturbed, competitors, recruiters, your own staff and the vendors who click anything. Frequency is capped deliberately. Inside a 400-company Japanese target list the reachable audience is small enough that an uncapped budget shows the same five people the same ad eleven times in a fortnight, and they will remember the brand for the wrong reason. What you receive: The normalized account file, yours to keep, keyed on corporate number with match status per account and per platform. The campaign structure built and live in your ad accounts under your billing. An engagement read organised by account rather than by lead. And a written note on the accounts that did not match, with what it would take to reach them. Not included: Sales outreach, sequence writing and SDR scripting. CRM administration beyond the fields the campaign writes to. New case study production for tier one creative; I write the ad, your customer reference team clears the logo. Intent data subscriptions. If you already run Bombora or Sales Navigator signals I will use them, but I do not resell them and I do not consider a third-party intent score sufficient reason to move budget by itself. Who this is not for: Teams without named account ownership. Anyone who wants the account list to grow, since the point of the exercise is that it shrinks. And companies expecting attributable pipeline inside the first quarter: on a Japanese enterprise cycle with an internal approval round, the first honest read lands in month four or five, and I would rather say that now than explain it later.
