Monthly client packs an agency can defend: per tenant isolation, archived PDFs, written commentary and the tax lines clients keep querying.

About this service

A client report that only reads well in a good quarter is not reporting. We build the monthly pack an agency hands to its own clients on the third working day, and it includes the months where platform claimed conversions exceed what the warehouse can observe, shown as a stated gap with its cause rather than absorbed into a friendlier number. Agencies who want the friendlier number should stop reading here. Delivery and isolation: Power BI Embedded on an app owns data model, with row level security per client tenant and access issued through your identity provider, when the portfolio justifies the capacity cost. Looker Studio when it does not, and we will tell you which side of that line you sit on before you buy anything. Either way a PDF snapshot of every client's pack is archived at the moment of sending, so six months later a client and an account director are arguing about the same document rather than two reconstructions of it. The commentary, which is the part that matters: A report without a written view is a data dump with a logo on it. Every pack carries four answers in the agency's own voice: what was spent, what it returned, what was changed during the month and why, and what did not work. We supply the template, write the first two months alongside your account team, and set the review rule that stops the fourth answer from quietly disappearing by the fifth month, which is what happens without one. The invoice question every Turkish client asks: Client finance teams see an invoice larger than the spend figure in the report and assume a markup. The 7.5 percent digital services tax and the 15 percent withholding on payments to non resident platforms account for most of the difference. We put both as named lines in the pack and reconcile them against the e-fatura record, which retires a recurring conversation your account managers are not equipped to win and should not have to. What we will not do: Select the attribution model after seeing which one flatters the result. Fold an underperforming channel into an other bucket. Report on media you bought using a measurement approach that has not been disclosed to the end client in writing. Produce a pack designed to survive a quarterly review through omission. If an agency asks for any of these during the build, we finish the phase in progress and stop there. Who this suits: Independent agencies and consultancies with something like eight to forty retained clients, where reporting currently consumes several days of senior time each month and still arrives late. It does not suit a network agency with an internal reporting platform and a team maintaining it. It also does not suit an agency whose clients have never asked a hard question about a number, because after this they will start, and that is the intended effect rather than a side effect. Handover: Your team runs the monthly cycle from month three. We stay available for the questions that arrive from your clients rather than from you, since that is where a reporting change usually originates, and we review the template once a quarter against what clients actually asked rather than what we assumed they would.
