Sponsored notes filed through Pugongying and bought on saves and search rank, with Weibo run separately as the short-window channel it is.

About this service

On Xiaohongshu a filed note keeps drawing search traffic for six to twelve months. On Weibo a post has done most of its work within four hours. Those two facts should produce two budgets, two creative processes and two reporting rhythms, and in the accounts we inherit they have almost always produced one blended China social line that hides which half worked. Filing is not optional: Commercial notes published outside Pugongying without a baobei filing have their reach cut and are increasingly removed. Every collaboration we arrange runs through the platform with the filing in place, at the higher cost that implies, and we will not place a creator note off-platform to save the fee. An agency offering unfiled notes at a discount is selling you reach the platform intends to withdraw, usually after the invoice clears. How creators are chosen: Not by follower count. We read a candidate's last thirty notes for save-to-like ratio, for the search terms their notes actually rank against, and for whether the comment section contains questions or applause. A thirty-thousand-follower account whose notes sit on the first screen for a buying query is worth more to a family brand than a three-hundred-thousand-follower account whose audience arrived from one viral post about something else. A quarter's shortlist runs to eight or nine names. Each is briefed individually, and the brief names the search phrase the note exists to occupy. Search occupancy, which is the actual product: Most sessions on Xiaohongshu include a search, and the platform behaves far more like a search engine with a social surface than like a feed. We buy accordingly. Juguang covers the paid side across feed and search results; the organic side is a set of notes written deliberately against a mapped phrase list drawn from your category, your competitors and the questions your customer service already answers. Progress is reported as rank against those phrases and saves per note, because saves predict a later purchase and likes predict nothing. Weibo, run separately: Fensitong buying for moment-driven objectives, a launch, a season, an event, with Weitask where a named voice matters. Budgets here are scheduled in hours rather than weeks and reported the morning after. We do not buy hot search placements. The mechanics are opaque, the regulatory position has moved twice in three years, and no client of ours has needed one to reach a number. What we refuse: Engagement inflation in any form, including the data maintenance line item that arrives quietly in most Chinese agency proposals. Follower guarantees. Notes that put a child on camera selling a product a parent buys, which we decline on family accounts specifically and have lost work over. And blended cost per acquisition across the two platforms, which exists to protect the weaker half from scrutiny. Who this is not for: Brands with no Chinese-language response route. A note that works produces private messages and comments within hours, in Chinese, about sizing, shipping and price. Leave those unanswered for a week and the note converts worse than no note at all, and buying more notes makes the problem bigger rather than smaller. We ask about this on the first call and it ends about a fifth of enquiries there. Reporting: Monthly. Rank movement across the mapped phrase list, saves and private-message volume per note, spend split cleanly between paid placement and creator fees, and a written note naming the collaborations we would not repeat and the reason.
