A media kit in English and Spanish where every number carries its source, specs come from your live ad server, and you keep the InDesign files.

About this service

What decides whether a media kit works: A planner opens it and tries to reconcile your audience number against a source they already trust. If they cannot, the kit is set aside and nobody tells you why. So every figure in the kits I produce carries its source and its measurement window on the same line: analytics figures with the property, the date range and whether they are users or sessions; panel figures from Comscore or Similarweb labelled as panel; delivery figures labelled as ad server. A smaller number with a source outsells a larger one without one, every time, and the second kind quietly costs you the accounts that checked. What is in the document: An audience section that says who reads you rather than how many, built around the two or three segments you can actually deliver against, described in words a planner can repeat to their client without you in the room. A specifications sheet generated from your live Ad Manager ad units instead of retyped from a file somebody made in 2022: real sizes, maximum file weights, accepted formats, video specs, lead times, and which templates each unit appears on. A rate card stating gross and net plainly, with cancellation terms and sponsorship and content packages priced apart from CPM. Case studies in one fixed format: the objective, what ran, the measured result, and how it was measured. Language and typesetting: English and Spanish, both typeset rather than one poured into the other's layout. Spanish runs roughly twenty percent longer than English, and a kit designed to English line lengths breaks at exactly the pages that matter, the audience page and the rate card, where a planner is already looking for a reason to stop reading. Vertical one-pagers for automotive, home and furniture, and banking and insurance, each opening with the section, format and case study that concern that buyer, because a planner working an automotive brief will not read fourteen pages to reach the two written for them. What you receive: Editable InDesign source files with fonts licensed to you, a screen PDF and a print-ready PDF, a Slides version for the deck a seller opens in a meeting, and the rate card as a spreadsheet so your sales lead can change a price without opening a design tool or emailing me. Kits that exist only as a flattened PDF go stale within a quarter and then get sent, stale, for two more years. What I will not do: Write a number I cannot source, in any framing, including reach claims aggregated across social accounts you do not control. Design around stock photography of people in meetings. Produce a kit for a site whose delivery cannot support the claims inside it; if your own ad server contradicts the deck, the deck changes. This is not a brand identity project and not a website redesign, and I will not redraw your logo. Who this is not for: Publishers who want a kit instead of something to sell. If the answer to why a planner should choose you over the site next to you on the plan is not clear before design begins, design will not supply it, and I will spend the first session on that question rather than on layout. Some of those sessions end with me saying the money is better spent elsewhere this quarter, and you keep the notes. How it runs: One working session on positioning and what you can defend. A first draft with real content, never placeholder text. Then revisions against comments from somebody who will actually carry the kit into a meeting. A review by a planner-side reader, not only your marketing team, is included from the standard tier up, and it is the step that catches the claim a buyer would have challenged.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which audience figures can you evidence, and from what source and date range?
  2. 2Export your live ad unit list and creative specs from your ad server.
  3. 3Which two or three campaigns have measured results you could show a buyer?
  4. 4Do you have existing brand assets: fonts, colours, logo files?
  5. 5Who will use this kit in a meeting, and can they review the draft?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
