Feed schema and DCO templates built after the arithmetic decides which two or three variables your spend can actually resolve.

About this service

The number of creative variables worth making dynamic is usually two, occasionally three. The ceiling is set by your spend, not by the template. A Meta ad set needs somewhere near 50 conversions a week before delivery can tell one variant from another rather than guessing, and a Performance Max asset group needs a comparable floor before its asset performance labels mean anything at all. Make headline, hero image, price badge, offer line, background and button dynamic at once and you have built several thousand permutations, none of which will ever carry enough signal to be judged. The system settles on early winners chosen by noise, and you have paid for a machine that decides nothing. So the first week is arithmetic, not design. I take ninety days of spend and conversion volume per market, divide by the permutation count in the brief, and we agree in writing which variables stay dynamic and which get burned into the template as fixed decisions somebody is accountable for. Clients remember that conversation longer than they remember the files. What gets built: The feed schema comes first. Column names, types, a character budget per field, a fallback row for every column that can arrive empty, and a written rule for what the template does when the image is missing, the price is null, or the discount is negative. Then the templates against that schema, in whatever you actually buy through: Google Studio dynamic profiles trafficked into Campaign Manager 360 and Display & Video 360, Celtra or Flashtalking where that is already your stack, Meta catalogue and dynamic formats, Performance Max asset groups mapped to a Merchant Center primary feed with supplemental feeds carrying the copy you control. HTML5 builds come out of Google Web Designer, polite-loaded, sitting inside the 150 KB initial load limit rather than a few kilobytes over it and quietly downgraded by the publisher. Then the pass most shops skip. I push deliberately broken rows through every template: a 42-character headline into a 24-character field, a missing image, a zero price, a Finnish string in a layout drawn for English. The template gets fixed until nothing renders as a clipped word or an empty grey box. Empty grey boxes are what your CEO screenshots and sends you on a Sunday. Regulated categories: For supplements, cosmetics and anything health-adjacent, the dynamic copy fields carry a claim whitelist enforced in the template, not in a briefing document. Without it, a feed-driven system will eventually combine a permitted ingredient name with an unpermitted benefit statement and serve it several thousand times before a human sees it. That is the failure mode that brings a Nordic advertiser a letter from Konsumentverket, and it arrives through automation rather than through a copywriter. Handover: Source files, the feed specification written so your data team can implement against it without asking me questions, the QA sheet with the broken-row cases, and a recorded working session with whoever owns this after I leave. If your team cannot change a price rule without calling me, I built the wrong thing. Not included: Media buying, bidding and budget allocation. I take read access to the account and nothing more. No concepting from a blank page — this assumes a design language exists, and if it does not, that is different work. No feed engineering inside your PIM or ERP: I specify what the feed must contain, your developers or your feed tool produce it. No tag management, no consent mode configuration. Not for you if: You spend under roughly 40,000 EUR a month on the channel. At that level, fixed creative tested in sequence teaches you more and faster, and I will say so before I invoice. Or you want a template library as an asset in itself, decoupled from a live account. Or you need this in ten days: the arithmetic and the broken-row pass do not compress.
